Very bad app don't recharge on app.... Recharge hone k Baad b account me balance nahi dikhata.... Very poor provide customer care services... Jio is much better than idea...

Idea PostPaid r fraudsters dont trust them , They bullying you after some days no matter if there is fault of there employees they are ....F@#$ hits. JUST PORT OUT

Useless app.. Had upgraded for rs. 250/- and i got billadded for rs. 1499/- for two months.. Customer care is useless too

Please uninstall the App, I think this App is culprit for activating VAS without your knowledge. Idea customer care executive are very rude, they treat customers like a idiot.

I have added amount Idea Money to recharge my Idea number. but the automatically deducted from Idea Money and showing 0 Balance. I tried to reach Customer care and got disconnected that there is no Balance in account.

They are playing games on the name of 4g network & 3g networks. Sending fake internet bill's , saying that we only provide data on 4g network if you are on a 3g network you will be charged on base pack rates. Fraudulent Service's by Idea. Will switch over to airtel or Jio now.

As I m using idea postpaid connection from past 3-4yrs and I'm always paid the bill in advance , but in response what idea company do with me , they cheat with me firstly giving me new offer of data pack activate it and when I start using send me bill of rs300, when I complaint to customer care they forward my complaint but even after 15 days not resolved it and force me to pay the bill. I suggest everyone don't use idea internet they are fake specially in case of idea postpaid Again today that company cheat with me firstly give me offer and then deny from that offer I suggest to everyone use other operator at least they are not forget there words

I upgraded to idea 4G, by upgrading I got 10 GB extra 4G data and free calls as well.i got access within half hour only. Idea providing very excellent network. Everywhere it has signals and data plans also affordable. No problems in downloading process. And with the help of hot spot I am using data to other devices like laptop or cellphone. But the problem is I can't see remaining balance after updating my idea app. Pls tak look. Thank You...

Very bad network with slow internet speed. I was told 4g and I was shown 4g plans but now I came to know its only 3g as 4g they have not launched yet. So Iam using a special slow version of 4g on a 3g network which only idea can provide.. I always regret to port to this sad network... just waiting for 3 months to be completed. App is bad or its because of this slow network Birla only knows...

I could see my data usage and pay bills, recharge my other idea numbers etc...but the problem is that sometimes app doesn't get updated and it's stuck. I had to wait almost 4days for it work again. I hope it doesn't repeat every month or every now and then. Otherwise on a whole pretty decent app would recommend for a download.

This app is just a scrap material. I have added two connections in my app. For my number it doesn't show data usage, outstanding amount etc. but for other number it does. For the other number when I tap on view details for data usage, it goes to top-up data packs. For this number itself, it doesn't show the free data I have got for 6 months under the corporate plan. I even tried signing out and in; uninstalling the app and again installing it. But in vain..!! Not sure if the app was really tested. God bless you Idea..!!

Even after having 10 GB of free data Idea charged me 27 rupees for data usage what what is the use of those 10 GB Very bad service for postpaid network from Idea really disgusting. Really Idea postpaid is the worst post paid service. You guys are still looking up...... really!!! great nothing can be expected from you guys really.

No doubt idea is the best 4G network nowadays and spreading as a vast network across India. But still they have to do at least a common thing i.e, non partiality. Many users have said that they are getting 10GB of 4G data after upgrading to4G but I only h got 4GB data though at the care they told me the same but I didn't receive. So that's the point they have to look out...

Worst ever network, i literally have to come out of my flat to get a signal that too in delhi. I have been a customer since 4 years their worst service n customer care forced me to port my number... With such service in such a compitative market like telecom i can say your days are numbered !dea... Good luck

Uninstallation gladly recommended. Useless application.. Gets on your nerves when it keeps on opening on its own. There are better apps to recharge your mobile balance. Even the customer care representative requests us again to send the queries to the designated email. Useless and pathetic. Can't they just resolve the issues looking at the comments here... Pathetic! And the most hated part is that you reply here and ask to mail u the concerns. Lol. Even more pathetic. The purpose of providing feedback here is useless.

The network that is only good for calling feature. Internet is simply pathetic. How can you guys sell 4g recharges when you don't have 4G networks. Customer support is very very bad. Customer care Executives don't even know about the recharges which are listed on their website. RDC, Rajnagar idea show room's staff misbehaves with the customers... It was really a bad idea to switch back to idea.

I was given an app exclusive plan of 497 which showed 84Gb unlimited plan for 56 days. I recharged using app and idea money and I haven't received the same benefits. Idea is providing worst service for loyal customers like me. Ripped off by you. I have mailed you already. I have got just 1.5 Gb data for 497 Rs recharge. This is a joke. Worst app ever.

Earlier I was facing some login error but it was just a small problem. However, the app provides me with a quick and detailed view of my account, balance present in it, offers currently available etc. I don't have to dial the customer service no. as I can now have a look at the offers in the app itself.

Such a badass company.... I have a postpaid no. and was having a plan of 550 rs. and you won't believe it guys... They provide me a caller tune of 250 rs. and when i ask them can u tell me the name they told me to hear up from yourself and the worst part is there was a callertune truuu truu... Shitssss... Such a shityyy company idea and dont trust at them all... They will sell u that thing which u cant think abt....dont trust on thrm and dont use idea.... I am taking me and my friends off away... Make sure u too

I was trying to deactivate one of the subscribed pack of my postpaid connection using this app for last two weeks but it is just showing spinning wheel and never finished loading. But for subscribing a new pack there is no problem in loading. It is just fooling the subscriber

Idea is no 1 fraud company plz don't use idea. it is a cheating network idea is well know how to cheat people. Idea is given me 10gb data free for three month. I used net 100mb data idea charges 498rs i call customer care these​ people say we r given only 4g you r using 3g network .i using mobile is 4g redimi note4 . wen data on in mobile​ we r move one place to another place automatically data changed 4g to 3g. ITS very very third class company third class service i given my no 100times loafer idea not solved my problem idiots idea

App wise its great. The only prob is idea service. Made me change to 4g sim and later they say there is no 4g networks in navi mumbai area. I get 4g access only after vashi. Which is annoying

One star for network apart from that worst service specially on net 20-30kbps speed on 3G network. Complaint so many times but no solution yet. Now have to port to other network

Good: Apps good for making payments online and checking account details. Really Bad: It constantly keeps interupting with these annoying notifications (ads). The notification launches the entire app while I am working on something else! No other app does this! There is no option to disable this within the app. This started after an update insatalled for this app a few months back. Can this be fixed?

I am receiving the the details of my bill generated in notification panel for every half an hour. I need to clear the notification panel every time when I pick up my mobile. Just now I have cleaned 21 notifications at once and then I will be able to other notifications. Please fix this problem asap. Otherwise the application is very helpful. Thanks.

Don't use this app for re-harge there have cheating. For example.: if we take in data, 3g mobile recharge Rs 348 option . We thinking one gb will get per day "no" only one gb for 28 day's. Namely 348for only one gb. One gb per will get only 4g mobile. But given title is "3g mobile recharge" Benefit for 4g only. People will misunderstand.

Heard good things n offers about idea. So changed from Vodafone network to idea network. Idea services n offers are bad. Product details mentioned n implementation are worst. It's just my 4 day after porting into idea network. Till now recharged 300, 349 and 154. In recharge description it showed something n offer activated some other thing. At least in Vodafone there aren't any hidden costs like these. Will move back as soon as possible. Customer service team is one another worse thing can't even explain it. They don't even know offers info.

Horrible update! It's absolutely driving me nuts. The app is generating notifications every minute, my notification bar is flooding with useless notifications.

Very bad experience. I had recharge and paid by ideamoney but no recharge and lost money 100Rs. Customer care executive also very bad no help and solution. Hate it.

WORST...WORST...WORST... Idea is No.1 fraud network.plz dont use Idea.it is a cheating network.idea is well know how to cheat people.they just deduct rupees from your account for no reason and tell something that you have used idea power.you have used it or not but they just deduct balance even if you don't do anything. Customer care Agents & supervisors also not responding correctly.. Ex : Katteboju Dasu,Supervisor Please remove him from Idea.

Now that the popping up issue has been solved, keeps sending bill reminder notifications every 5 min, even after I paid it. This app is a pain in the ***. I think it'll be better to remove it/never install it.

Money deducted from account but the recharge is not reflecting in Idea app. Never ever recharge using this useless app. Not even able to raise a complaint or provide feedback. Stuck in loading screen. Not to mention the stupid low balance alerts. Uninstalling right away.

Worst experience with idea, want to upgrade to 4g, even I have got 10 GB data bonus a for 4g, but will get expire soon and my sim yet not received after filling online forms, visited gallery, they are just doing time pass, planning to port on..

This one star for deducting balance without my knowledge for unknown VAS. This is happening second time and last time I complained and you suggested to turn off flash message. Still the same issue. So take this one star for unprofessional service.

This app has the worst UI.. Not at all user friendly.. The basic information like pack validity is missing.. It loads extremely slow..

Very good and useful . We get all detail on this app. This is like one mini outlet in which we can get all thing done thru in app without visiting the showroom or call the centre for help

At home page, I am not able to see balance remaining and view daily data details. Worst experience in a week

Yesterday I made a recharge of rupees 396 using my idea app. & Pay via idea money app. I got msg recharge is successful but I can't enjoy tariff as recharge is not reflect in my account and money debited from my account. I made call to customer care executive they are not provide any support n don't raise my complaint. They hold my call for more they 30min, I don't understand wt kind of service Idea willing to provide customer? I don't like to say but have to say idea cellular r cheater...they are not serious for service... pathetic service I have raised complaints SR N 939289, but there is no hearing n follow up, recharge still pending... Same on you idea cellular..

After getting free 10 GB internet idea charged me 1500/- rs saying that your network switched from 4g to 3g. What a fraud company. I was using idea from past 5 years now i don't want to be with idea cellular at all. *Fraud*
