It's not compatible with a lot of the more recent Google apps. They all crash, and before I did a hard reset everything, even Google play services itself, was not working even after replacing it with the factory version. Please release a software update to fix this.

I have the Kyocera Hydro Icon and it's really awesome and I've dunked it in water and it still works and I'm 100 percent happy with this phone

I have dropped it, exposed it to humid conditions (i.e. moisture), and this phone has continued to offer excellent service. It has Boost Mobile service, which has greatly improved with Sprint's 4G LTE upgrade. The phone is comparable to Samsung Galaxy series (except with a super durable screen) and Boost/Sprint has out done AT&T in LTE service for my area. Bravo, Kyocera!!!

The manufacturer wont back up there one yea rt manufacture warranty,for that I give it a 1 star cause they suck.

Google apps crashing/not working entirely.! My calls usually route thru google voice so my phones almost useless. Boost Mobile won't even throw in free hotspot for temp fix! Anyone else wonder when it'll be fixed and why we aren't getting compensated for it? I bet if it was ALL androids they'd have fixed it by now. I talked to warranty dept and they said update should fix it. Update made it worse and my warranty is up next month. Think class action suit/refunds might speed repairs up? You agree? Katyemorris

I have dropped this phone many times, unintentionally of course, and it has not broken, cracked, or chipped in any way. Great phone if your in a manual labor line of work because of this phones resilience.
