Think Money

There's a few things missing that prevent a 5star review. Frustrating when you can't move funds from salary account to card even though you know it's ok. Wouldn't be such an issue if you could get through on the phone in under an hour.

Normally, it's ok, but now it won't let me access my account at all, regardless of whether I'm using Wi-Fi or data. It's a con when you consider you're having to pay £17.50 a month for the "privilege " of banking with them. Disgusting

Too many negative reviews. All apps have problems somewhere down the line but the bank its self is brilliant. Service I wish other banks would offer the same service it would stop a lot of people getting into serious debt with an overdraft they can't afford . The staff are very friendly and helpful it's a credit to think money

Waste of time. Won't open up 9 times out of 10. App is as useless and unreliable as the bank itself. App is still as useless as ever. Time for new account i think

The app is just about as useful as the bank itself, waste of time never opens always server problems, call up think money to be waiting nearly 1hr to speak to somebody and all for a lovely £17.50 a month. cant wait to get away from this bank its the worst ever!!

To those who have not updated yet. DON'T. It won't let you log in. Absolute rubbish, I recently installed this app back on my phone, and it worked for a while, now it won't even let me in to my account, they take enough money in fees every month you would think they would get something right!!

How do you vote in negative numbers. Trash.. garbage. Nearly as annoying as a tropical skin disease. Avoid think money at all costs. Save yourself some frustration, swearing and money. Don't get involved with this company or app.

I merely echo whay everyone else has said. It simply does not work, the bank is awful to deal with and I'm off to transfer my account elsewhere.

Absolute rubbish same as the bank can't get through to customer services also amount of time I have had to change my passcode keeps blocking me all the time £17.50 a month is far to expensive customer services are so rude

The App is great when it works! I have to keep uninstalling then installing again to use it! Very annoying!

Works fine 99% of the time when it doesn't open just need to close other background apps and opens up. Wish it would integrate finger print scanning for compatible devices

Don't work on my Note 2 but ok on my S4..why,has a connection problrm on my Note 2.. weird.not and great app,just shows you balance and transactions, and make payment,you need to do my with it than that,like be able to look at your in and out goings and change them. Add more stuff TM. Check regular payments – incomes, standing orders and Direct Debits.. where I can't see it in the app..???

Hasn't worked for months. Absolute garbage and the bank is getting worse also! I have lost patience with thinkmoney

I'll keep it short brilliant well designed and flawless...love it all I need is check my balances and transfer money love it..great app..

App is ok on the odd occasion it actually work, but majority of time it does not allow me to login most of the time, maybe successful login 1 in 40 times, used to work all the time till it updated.

Worst app ever have to constantly uninstall and then download again as stops working after 2nd or third attempt of using so total waste of time !

Won't log in....and think money takes far to long to answer telephones any thing over 10 minutes is ridiculous

When are you going to read people's reviews and sort out the probs with the app.I have tried to log in a dozen times and it says please wait.......how long is a piece of string !!!!

Awful app, bank offers terrible service, even to long term customers.

For anything other than checking your balance and transactions, this app is useless and most other functions do not work. I will be uninstalling it. I can check my balance with the texting service, which is slightly more reliable than this app.

Awful. It never opens so what's the point?! Need to check my sort code (helpfully it was changed without telling me) and it does nothing...spinning wheel of doom! Pointless.
