Once you’ve downloaded the App to your Android phone or tablet its quick and easy to register – you’ll just need your thinkmoney reference number, date of birth and the mobile number you have registered on your account. You’ll be asked to set up a pattern or passcode to access the App in future.
Once you’ve registered you’ll be able to login quickly and securely by entering the pattern or passcode you’ve set up. The App will allow you to:

Good all round bankin. Only let down is credit facility. Doesnt seem to update or allow you to apply. Reason given dont match any really reasons.
Haven't been able to use this app since last update . It was working fine but since updating it just sits there with the loading circle spinning and does nothing
Wouldn't work after update so I uninstalled the app and then reinstalled it and now works. Wouldn't open at all after latest update so had to delete and reinstall yet again.
Never had any problems works well just need the option to send money between accounts now and will be brill
Yet again since update my card history is invalid has nothing deleted app twice reinstalled and still the same
Good app would be better if you could change your payments on direct debits and standing orders

Logged in once using app, 2nd time just got the please wait spiny circle thing... not good! Have also installed & re-installed and continues to not load, end up having to use the website to check balances etc

If people are having trouble logging in after the update try clearing the app cache and app data. Doing that fixed the log in problem for me
I cannot sign into my bank account after latest update. The app keeps telling me I'm not connected to the internet or that the Servers are down. This has been like this for 3 or so days and I cannot log in now using the app. I could sign in before the latest update but now I cannot so plz plz sort this issue out asap!!
Really like this app but ever since I updated it I can't log in why is this? What's the point in updating the apps when this happens absolutely ridiculous, Keeps saying I'm not connected please try again later please sort this out asap
I wrote this before I tried to open it.... the update is a disaster! It does not open! ................................................Everything is easy to find, fast and convenient! Gutted to see you have taken away the ability to set up a new payee on the app. It would be nice to add a search filter to find transactions for example: search for "tesco" and all transactions with tesco in would show up. Other than that love it I've recently rejected 2 banks for a current account because I love think money!
Keeps crashing telling me.to connect to wifi or mobile wifi when Im already conected. Had to uninstall n reinstall it worked for a while n cant be assed. I pay £17.50 a month to RBS to manage my account. Wat a joke
Worked great for 24 hrs, now I can't see my account. I type in my pass code n just wait and wait!! Since updating it keeps telling me there's a connection error. I'm going to uninstall it.
It was perfect until recent update since which it has not worked at all. Total rubbish until I deleted and reinstalled it. All fine again now and can do most of my banking with it.
This was working perfectly fine, until I did the update. Now I can't open it at all because it says I have no network connection. I do have a connection, everything else is fine!! I can't give it any more than 1 star until I can use it!
Since update I haven't been able to use app. I use this all the time with very few problems. Now its useless. Uninstalling.
