IEHP Smart Care

Cant even create a password keeps saying 8 letters and atleast 1 number or symbol. Yet i do that and yet it wont let me . Really annoyed by it !

Won't let me get past the first two steps. Keeps saying "this information is unavailable". Even uninstalled and reinstalled still doesn't work.

It wont let me even do the 1st two steps to register. It keeps saying " This information isnt available" What does that mean??

It really really sucks & pointless. I love iehp but but this application really needs to be fixed.

Fire whom ever created this app!!!! Only has worked once for me after that nada! Requires 14 numeric member ID everytime you log in. Waste of time do not download.

Requires member ID number making sign-in difficult. Once in you wonder why you bothered. Very little of my total medical information was accounted for on this site, most was missing. Medical items that were listed showed little if any detail. This app is a poor representation of an otherwise better than adequate Insurance Company.

Sucks big balls... Fix this app so that it works for everyone who needs it.

We've had private coverage all of our working lives and through circumstances beyond our control we now have IEHP. We've been well taken care off and the MDs have been amazing. Thanks IEHP for blowing us out of the water and surpassing every expectation.

DOB must be scrolled to not entered. So if you where born in 1959 you have to scroll back over 500 screen to get to your birthdate. Yeah, not reasonable.

WORTHLESS APP. DON'T WORK, AND WHEN I TRY TI RESET PASSWORD IT STILL DONT WORK. TO PUT BIRTHDATE IN IS A HEADACHE. FIX APP.

I can't even get past "please select a language"

The app is impossible to use unless you memorize your ID number.

I think they do a good job but I wish they use a second address. The second one being mailing address.

It's really convenient to see your authorization when they get approved . It's easy to use

I don't know about anyone else but I've been having a hard time logging into thus app. I know I'm inputting my correct info to no avail. The insurance is great but this app just does not work. All after updating. I am really disappointed. Please fix this issue. Thank you in advance the

You have to keep tapping the calendar a thousand times to get a to the date and year you were born. Then after entering everything it says 'information currently unavailable"! Ugh terrible app and not user friendly AT ALL!

Can't even log in or sign up. Can't ask for new password either. I have tried doing this on the actual website and I always had the same problems. You guys really need to fix this problem.

After activating account. It doesn't allow you to sign in. Error: incorrect info/ invalid - even tho info is correct. Unable reset password to change or even let you enter info to activate again. Called IEHP 3x. Such a waste of time. This app doesn't work!!!!!!!

So in trying to start the app signing up you need a drs code that is not on the card. Then once you call to get the dr# from iehp the app tells you the info is unavailable so you can't finish

Typed in my online info correctly. It says my info is not correct. Same info works on IEHP official website. Fix the app.

I'm so happy that they made this app! I love having access to all my things medical on my phone. This has made my life so much better.
