It doesn't download to my phone via the play store

Loved the app before now doesn't load and says new version available and I've already updated. Pleas fix. I also see others have same issue... #android. Update fixed problem. Thanks for the followup

App was working great now it won't load.

So happy with the app. Simple & to the point. Just suggestions.. And easier quit app, discovered hitting back just loops you through the pages. Also, ability to name accounts or transfer the name from the website for those of us with several accounts :)

Old app worked great this one doesn't!

Cannot pay my bill after 30 min of trying everything will just start mailing my pay ment. Discussed

It's hit or miss... (often miss) It either loads my acct instantly or has an infinite loading animation. Tested across different devices too... -_-

I keep trying to make a payment, and it wont go through.I tried uninstalling, but its still freezing on me...

Prior to the last update this app was great... Now it does not load and if it does it tells me a newer version is available and to update now... I do that and it says "installed", no option to update so now the app is useless

The app is okay, but I see no need for you to have access to my pictures

I'm not sure where the problem is occurring but every time I try to open the app it force closes and won't allow me to log in. Not sure if the problem is app related or phone. I have a motorola photon

After entering username and pw, when I go to press login it just looks like I press it but never goes to next screen.

Just installed the application. Just signing up is a challenge. you type in your email address as your user-name. 1. It automatically capitalizes things that don't need to be capitalized; 2. If you have periods in your email address, it treats it like a sentence. You wind up back-spacing to correct for spaces automatically entered; I'm an android programmer, and would be willing to contribute code to correct this.

I logged in to pay my bill using a card. Both the credit card number field and the security field do not allow complete entry. Could have had a v8 instead...COMPLETE waste of my time! FYI you only get one chance to make a first impression...colossal FAIL!

Love the ease.and simplicity . I use it with no problems.

It was working fine until it wouldn't load this morning. Tried reinstalling and the same thing happened. Please fix and I'll upgrade review to 5 stars. Thanks

It let's you see what you owe and allows for payments. It does that well.
