iFit—Sleep Sensor Disk

This is really cool! And super accurate. I checked my clock in the night when I got up and the app was exactly spot on with the timing. It's really helpful to have advice. I'm excited to try it out again tonight! As an employee of ICON, I'm really pleased with how well this product works!

This is a really informative app. As an endurance athlete and a professional in the fitness field, I can honestly state that this can be a great tool in your training/recovery program. It would be particularly helpful with helping detect overtraining, onset of sickness, and poor sleep quality. I find the heart rate and respiratory rate data the most interesting. Although I am employed through Icon, I have received no compensation for this review.

As an iFit employee, I use my sleep sensor every night. It has helped me better understand my sleeping patterns and habits that effect me from sleeping well. I'd encourage anyone looking to impove their quality of sleep to use this app.

The app's design is right inline with iFit's others, which makes everything feel cohesive if you're used to Coach or Altra IQ. No problems pairing with the sensor or anything, and the smart alarm actually woke me up at what felt like the right sleep cycle. It should be noted that I am an Icon employee; however, I have not been compensated for, nor otherwise coerced into, my choice of rating for this product.

I love my sleep sensor! Being able to look at my nightly statistics right on my phone has been life changing. The technology is amazing and the app is so easy to navigate and understand. I feel like this app was really well done and I definitely recommend it! I am an icon associate.

Ifit is a terrible company!! Painful software to use and their devices do not do what they claim and they suck ass!! Horrible!
