Don't panic the next time you realize that you have a bill due, but you're not at home to write a check or sign onto your computer. If you use Reliant’s online and bill pay services, your payees will automatically be available through our mobile banking app. All you have to do is launch the app, schedule your payment, submit—and then go on with your day! And with our transfer feature, not only can you transfer money between your own accounts, but you can also transfer money to your friend, your babysitter, or your hairdresser—all you need is the person’s e-mail address or mobile phone number.

When you’re out and about, use Reliant’s mobile app to find a nearby Reliant ATM. Locate an ATM using your current location or enter the zip code or address of the area you wish to search.
Notifications for Peace of Mind
Sign up to receive Notifications via email or text message when your account balance has fallen below or risen above a dollar threshold you determine. This instant notification, coupled with your ability to then view your account information, will give you peace of mind about your account—and it will allow you to monitor your finances, no matter where you are or what time it is.

Your security is our priority. Mobile data transmissions are safeguarded by 128-bit SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to prevent unauthorized access. We also provide an automatic inactivity lockout feature should you ever leave your phone unattended while in your account. I love Reliant Federal Credit Union! Their app is one of their best features, and here's why: it always shows the most recent transaction history, even when you run your debit card as credit. The transactions show up as a pre auth hold and so you always know how much you have. It's instantaneous after a purchase, and it really helps to prevent overdrawing the account. Other credit unions do not have this feature! I will remain a faithful Reliant Client for as long as I live in NY state! Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't have to keep calling the bank for little things anymore! I can handle it myself! Although it took me 20 minutes just to get the picture perfect and I don't have the time nor patience to wait that long to deposit money into the bank.

I attempted to transfer funds twice this morning received an error message, then this afternoon discovered that one transfer was successful and one wasn't. This app just hasn't been as stable after the system upgrade.
