Great App!!!

Convenient

It needs the options to do like the desktop where you can add the stores to get the cash back options and the app needs to work all the time and have the options as well when you need your whole bank account numbers for checking savings etc. And routing numbers that way when you have paperwork you have to fill out and need it for direct deposit etc. You can access it from your account without calling or going into the banks. I just feel the app needs to have alot more features all together in general because now a days hardly anybody banks from there computers anymore it's all on the apps or mobile banking. And alot of the Tim the app is down as well where I have to use the Web to access my account and on top the bank needs to charge lower fees like all there competitors do.. like for example I went to advanceauto parts and bought brakes all around my car and rotors and I use the app all the time to check my account and spent over 500 dollars on rotors,pads etc. And it was not until later that day I logged on the computer and saw advance auto was on the list to recive money back but never showed me the options on the app and when I called the bank they said the savings program has be be clicked on and active prior to the purchase now if the app had shown me all the stuff to click on I would have but because it didn't and it only shows from a computer it was too late to get back the credit I should have received if I had known ahead of time and because of that I would give the app a 1 or 2 but I gave it a 3 because it's easy to check my balance from my phone but if the app had everything I stated I would rate the app a 5 but it's lacking alot of stuff that the customers need access to.

Terrible is a kind word for this service. No online statements and direct deposit is equally as bad!!!! The customers should have more freedom!!!!

It can be faster...

Love the app and the ease of it....but lately every single time I want to log in it makes me receive a text and code for secure log in....gets aggravating!!

Very good for me because I am always working and don't have much time to drive to the bank

Will not take a straight photo of the back of the check. Used in all sorts of lighting, background colors, etc. to make work. When it doesn't, and I have to physically deposit, they put a hold on the check as if it is a mobile deposit still since it was written on the back. Unhappy with app, needs to be fixed.

My sister has i phone and can use her finger print as a password,I have a galaxy note 5 with a finger print scanner but I don't have that option. Would make this app perfect!!!!
