Really need to fix the check deposit feature of this app. Every time I try to deposit a check, I have to uninstall/reinstall the app, take 60 bajillion pictures & Hope it decides to let me deposit. Ridiculous amount of time spent doing this. The rest of the app is great!

I have been with Iaa 23 years. I have no complaints about anything they are the greatest. I have moved to Mt Zion IL and I can't get my checks direct deposit at my job. How can I fix this with out changing Banks ?

I love this app. Allows me to make transfers and let's me check my balance so that I don't over draft my account. With the new update the quick balance check is even more incredible. I recommend everyone try out this app.

I use this app frequently to check my balance and transfer money and have never experienced any problems.

This app makes it easy to use the quality financial products of IAACU even if you live in remote areas no where near Bloomington. Only issue I've had is getting the back side of a check when depositing. It can be a very difficult to get an acceptable image. Otherwise it has been great for me.

Mobile deposit for the back of checks barely works. Very frustrsting.

Very easy to use. Able to do transfers quickly and easily.

I mostly use this app to set up automatic bill pay. Sometimes it crashes and logs me out when trying to set up a payment. It won't work again until I've closed everything down and logged in again.

Great for checking balances and transferring funds but it crashes every time I try to set a bill up to pay. Not much use to me. I would have given it 5 stars based on previous experiences before this started happening

App is fast enough however mobile deposits have given me some frustration. 75 % of the time, the camera will go out of focus when taking the picture of the check. I have to complete multiple retakes to deposit a check. Other functions seem to work flawlessly.

The mobile deposit feature of this app was one of the main reasons I decided to switch to IAACU, but the mobile deposit function does not work at all. It usually takes 12 to 14 attempts to get a picture that the app will accept. The reason for this is that whatever software they are using to turn the checks into black and white images, pixelates and ruins all the detail of the check to the point where it won't submit. I am very sorry I switched from Bank of America. Added: 10/7/14 deposits still don't work.

I just use the app occasionally to deposit a check via taking a picture of it. Which works very nicely. In the past couple of weeks I've been unable to validate my device via responding to the automated text message with the code provided. Nothing happens after I reply. I finally tried having it call me and that worked.
