tried to find a provider. app would not let me choose a state.

This app does not work.

App doesn't open most of the time

I downloaded so i could track my child's benefits and it didnt do or allow me to do anything... A complete waste of time

Why not all states listed?

My state is one of the states listed for use of this app. Downloading this was a waste of time. It doesn't recognize my id or password even though I can sign in on the site .

I have tried many times ro set up this app on the phone and it does not have my state. I have tried many times.

You STILL don't have your act together with this app??? I'm starting to regret having Wellcare as a provider; if you drop the ball on this app, are you screwing up on the meds too?

Always have issues finding things. Thought the app will help. The app doesn't even have new Jersey. Wtf Wellcare???!?

Add Florida to one off the state's

Lol everyone this is still a young app the development staff is still working on the app to survive us better and to make life easier for US. Instead of leaving bed reviews on here why don't you All just E-mail them and give them some feed back on how they can serve us better with ideas !! Instead of leaving negative reviews. After the initial setup, the app gave me an error when trying to login. Uninstalled

I was never able to sign on. It told me every time that it was unable to connect to the server. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling. Nothing worked. It's a shame, I am caring for a child on Medicaid and this app would have been very helpful if it had worked.

I was able to order over the counter stuff one time. Since then it says no well care services available. Get your app together. As of right now it SUCKS!!!!! I'll give it till it's time to update the app. After that if the problem isn't fixed I'll uninstall, & will not recommend it.

Good idea, but you have to have multiple accounts (log in and out) to see more than one card not ideal for a family. Will use when I can access all of my cards with one login.

App doesn't work with my tablet only works with my phone. Need to add every service dealing with Wellcare like OTC stuff so I can order from here. I have 3 children and it would be nice if I could see all our info on one account.
