I put my number in but nothing happened, no message was sent. I can't do it again because it says I have reached the limit. I just want to vote! I don't see why I have to download this app and confirm with my number.

I can't vote!! Literally when I give my number it doesn't send me a verification code!!!! Oh damn I want to vote so badly please solve this problem!!!!!!!!

I registered but when i try to log in with the same password and email it doesnt work// there wasnt a phone number choice// when i tried to log in it said "notice : please use after a member" and when i tried to reset password thinking i might wrote something wrong it told me my email is not a registered account ?? What should i do

You have to verify your mobile number to vote. They're supposed to send an authentication code via text. I didn't get it for 2 days but it works now and they contacted me to fix it. Now I just need points to vote.

I've been trying since last night to authenticate my phone & it keeps saying it has sent the code to my phone... but I haven't recieved anything?? I tried logging in with my fb account first .. then tried registering on the app itself with my email & still nothing. if I tried to authenticate my phone a 2nd time, I get a pop up message saying I've exceeded the amount of outgoing SMS messages?? I'm so confused. anyone else have a problem?

I can't log in with my Facebook acc and there's no alternative (twitter, kakaotalk...) please fix the issue ASAP!

There used to be a system where if you vote 2 times in a day you get 400 points the next day,yet i didnt get any points,if it was on purpose you guys should've notified us.

I've already checked my country code, my phone number and the app settings but I still haven't received any code. I even tried unstalling the app but it won't work. I don't know what to do, and I'm not the only person that has this problem, I talked with some people and they told me they have the same problem.

Why don't you allow users to vote free at least one per day?

Why can't I log in to my facebook using this app? I even tried to restart it but it didn't work! What make me even more hate this app is the only way to log in is by using fb. This is not fair how can I vote to my fav group. edit : thanks to the quick respond. I can now vote to my fav group ☺

It keeps on loading. I can endure waiting for 2-3 minutes, but it's still loading even tho I have waited for almost an hour. I can neither check the voting nor vote.

Steps: 1. Go to settings and then tap users guide. 2. Then tap the gmail acc to send the mail. 3. In the mail you should mention your (user code,country number and phone number) and others you can do it yourself. (I faced the same problem and when i did this i got my authentication code)

I didnt get the code via text! I did put country code and my number but I didn't receive the code! Don't tell to send email to you because I did but they didn't fix it!

Need to earn point. Why not make it free and easy for us to vote without the points
