Despite it being rather complex, this is by far the very best invoice app ive used on android, I've tried almost all of them, ive seen people recommending Joist, seriously compared to this there is no comparison. Sure this will take you longer to set up but it's worth it. Direct click PayPal button on invoices, amazing customisation, and even more customising if you know html and edit your template files directly in the mobilebiz folder, i have my invoices perfectly layed out. (Note if you edit them directly then back them up, making any template changes in the program will cause loss of all direct html editing, so back the template files up). There are some nigling things i would like changed, but they are not worth complaining about. Overall i love this invoicing program, and emails and printing work perfectly for me, so not sure what the issue is with the other reviewer. Great work, keep the updates coming, and its great to see support showing back up too!

Reports dates can't go back more than 2 years unless you want them all at the same time , will be better if you can adjust the date of the reports to any period needed, NO DROPBOX on Latest update on Android 7.

I like being able to keep track of my client notes and payments in the same app, but I recently had a HUGE issue and the company has not responded to my emails. My tablet went in for warranty work and had to be wiped clean. As I first verified via the settings in the app that my info was all getting backed up to my Dropbox, upon re-installing the app on my loaner tablet, my drop box has nothing to restore so ALL of my last year + of client notes and transactions are GONE! I will soon have to give my loaner tablet back and I will loose all of my current notes as well. For this reason, I am currently looking into other client and p.o.s systems and will not be using Mobile Biz anymore. I feel very betrayed and mislead. This is apples businesses and livelihoods and to be ignored with such a HUGE issue was a kick for sure

Its cool that it can automatically backup daily to Dropbox so if you stuff things up big time or go to a new phone, just restore the backup to go back in time. It can be customised in so many ways which is what you want. Spend the time setting it up then quoting, invoicing on the job is so easy. An integral part of my business systems now. Thanks.

Out of 285 Invoices, status as pending payment, only 272 invoices shown in sales register report, but the total amount is correct. 13 invoices missing in report. how is it possible?

UPDATE: Figured out how to get rid of sales tax. This is a complicated so but it's been great so far. Just don't count on the FAQ to get answers and the support never did respond to my email. OLDER: No way to add sales tax! I don't want to subtract it I have to add it!!!!##! No support! No way to adjust it within the invoice. Totally bummed. This looked like the answer to my invoicing problem, but now I'm so far behind I'll have to do them by hand and miss the payments! Total disaster for me! EDIT: Still no reply from support or an answer.

I have tried most of the invoice estimates apps and this one is definitely one of the best. Maybe takes a little bit to set up but once you play with it for a few can really customize it like you want. As with any app, issues do arise now and then, but support fixed it right away. Great app for invoicing and estimates.

Ok, if you can't upload logo then, u need to make sure you are connected (and stay connected) to dropbox. If that still doesn't work, then disconnect from Dropbox and reconnect again. I also found that I had to redo my logo (I made a new one) coz it wasn't able to display the logo on the invoice once I had mailed it to myself to check. I made a new logo and it loaded and displayed it 1st time. Also, u need to make sure you have the latest version.

Dropbox link update (Now Working), BUT...must follow this procedure: 1) First disconnect Dropbox link within MobileBiz Pro (Mobilebiz-tools-Dropbox) 2) Must remove dropbox account from android accounts (can leave app installed). 3) Restart Android phone / tablet. 4) Relink Dropbox within Mobilebiz by re-signing in through Mobilebiz. 5) Should be able to backup / restore with Mobilebiz & Android dropbox account is restored for other installed apps. New updates no longer work with Dropbox. It claims that it backed up to Dropbox but when you check Dropbox there's nothing.

Dropbox support working again but only after unblinking MobilBiz, then signing out if Dropbox app, then restarting phone, signing inn to Dropbox app, re link MobilBiz to Dropbox then select logo from gallery......also now backing up to Dropbox again as before.

Seems to be good but a steep learning curve and customisation is not intuitive. Help files could be better. Still cannot work it out after spending over two hours. Update: I have now been using for all my small business invoicing for a few months. Love the app. It does take time to work out the setting up but once you learn how to do things it works really well. Support had been good when I have needed it. Better intuitive interface would get the other star from me.

I do all my business with this app. Perfect for invoices and billing. Also, I use the exported data to calculate income for taxes. This app is amazing. I've only run into a problem once in years of using it - that time it was my fault and their support responded with a solution in less than 24 hours. Love love love this app.

Still testing and I will revise my rating if this matter is fixed. The find product by barcode function is not working for me. It scans the barcode but the list comes up empty. Using the add product with barcode function shows the number is scanning correctly.

I've had this app since 2013 and it used to work well. I now can't send emails for invoices or even print off . Have tried to contact company A number of times and cannot get any response back. Very disappointed, would not recommend.If you're a contractor I would try joist app. Works so much better!
