Keeping Tabs

The average run-of-the-mill bill and tip splitting apps are too simplistic. They only split the total or tip equally by the number of people. This is an issue if one person has a salad and the another person has a 24oz steak! Splitting the bill equally in this case is not fair to the person that only had a salad.

Keeping Tabs splits the bill proportionately based each individual's subtotal. Even the tax and tip is split fairly! Keeping Tabs then saves each person's "Tab" so that you can remember who owes how much. Especially for those people that always forget to pay back money they owe! If that is the case, then reminders can be sent via email or text until the tabs are paid in full.
