Our goal is to ensure that even if your vehicle is immobilized, whether at home or while traveling, any inconvenience to you and your family is minimized. Should you ever require assistance,
Roadside Assistance at home or on the road: If your vehicle is immobilized whether at home or on the road, FI Roadside Assistance will attend to your vehicle. For minor repairs where we can fix the vehicle at the roadside, our technician will try and mobilize your vehicle at the roadside.
Vehicle Recovery: If your vehicle is unable to be mobilized following a mechanical or electrical breakdown, a recovery vehicle will be sent to recover your vehicle to the nearest authorized dealer.
Vehicle Recovery following an Accident: If your vehicle is unable to be mobilized following a road traffic accident, FI Roadside Assistance will organize to send a recovery vehicle to recover your vehicle to the nearest authorized dealer.

Asking mr to enter 17 digit vin number. But i could only enter 13numbers, more than that the app is not allowing. So then when i hit "submit" it says invalid number. Utter waste of time.

It fails to identify VIN number despite of entering details correctly. In case of urgency this app doesn't seem to help.

I just agree any thing good on Ford eco sport. Anyone who drives this vehicle will know its amazing performance. I have 42 years of driving experience with various vehicles, Ford is sturdy, ensure safe Effortless driving & with least maintenance. The service staff serve as though they are part of Ford family & serve with great patience & responsibility. I advise vehicle buyers to get the feel of the vehicle than before buying other vehicle. Ford is just king of Road, like the Lion the king of forest. Only vehicle, cheapest, with performance of most expensive cars.
