I ordered a product and received a wrong one. When i try to return it they are not crediting th money back, instead saying it will be credited to my india rush as points. I want my money back in account to buy from other shops... don't rip off people like this and force us to hate your shop... I want my money back else this will not be taken light.

I ordered dress matrials it was damaged but they did not refund the money, instead credited as points hence need to re order, none of online companys does this.pathetic rwfund policy . Dress pic showed embroidery pics but actually material was printed moreover when I returned I got credit instead of cashback in account!! And when I ordered the odr dress they charged delivery fee seperately instead of deducting it from credit! Highly disappointed!!

I ordered a lenga.. N it was totally different from picture.. N the lenga was stitched by their tailor n it was such a rubbish.. I will never order anything ever from this ap. N their refund quality.. This is only the way they r earing.. No one would accept their clothes

I ordered a lehnga and it is simply opposite to what they have shown, they showed a complete different material mentioned it wrong, the one which i got was totally different and a cheaper one with different color. I put for exchange and refund, the exchange policy is also too damn pathetic where the money is not transferred to your account instead credited as points. Such system os not present in any other website.i do not recommend this app to anyone.

Worst online service,shows something and send something,that is of very low quality and delivered product either you cancel it.And I think they dont take return because each time customer executive says your order will pick tomorrow but nothing happens.Dont purchase anything from here, totally fraud business going on

The worst products i've come across. The products described and recieved are altogethr different.there is no policy of returning money, uhv to purchase something else...pathetic

Ordered product , pic was deceiving, what received was never ordered and return request was cancelled by IndiaRush without telling us the reason or informing us. Veryyyy Pooorrrr customer service care dept. Felt cheated. Money is also stuck as credit points in IndiaRush wallet. Highly Disappointed.

Didn't received any credit when registered through app with referal code through website it always give message as email is register.Poor registration process.

The customer support does not respond... We ordered the dress material and a wrong dupatta with the dress came... Sent the requests for return through mail and have been calling the customer support but still no response. Have sent a final request again today

Oohh godd.!! This app!!! I ordered a lehenga. Its not even close to what the picture was. The choli was short. The colour of the blouse was pathetic and when I asked for return they are not refunding my money! Very bad service! I can sue you! Guys..do not download this app.

See to be very honest I just downloaded the app and then I read the comments below.... Your customer service is so awe falling and poor quality products that I am scared to even to use it or uninstall it......
