Clunky UI + poor functionality. Very badly supported app

Useless app, error message when login! Update too frequent & can't launch without updating, frustrating. Can't login for days!!!

I have just installed it. The T&C was 404. Then I accepted blindly. Performed the token auth. Then I wanted to check the orders. I got another error. Is there a QA team testing this app?

Can't navigate well. Frequently very, very slow. Have missed trades because of this, which is terrible. Overall works okay just need more refinement.

Got error mesaage: Can not encrypt the password. Please try again. Please re-enter your password.

Only can use cash account. How about cash upfront?

It is very annoying. Here, you just want to do a trade and price is right.... Then when you login, the system says you must update. Share investment is timing sensitive. Doesnt the brokerage know?!!

This new version doesn't have the live prices platform. It requires the user to refresh the app to get the latest prices. Hope dbs vickers would include live prices like how it had with its earlier version. The lack of this basic feature is a drawback and it doesn't seem to be synonmymous of how fintech should be. By the way, iOCBC app does have the live prices platform.

Ask me for username and password, and went into menu. When I select holdings, it asks for OTP. If like that, why don't just ask OTP RIGHT AFTER username and password.

Charts are absent

Kept asking me to update app when I have already updated it. Can't log in. Seriously, pls fix the bug. How do you expect ppl to trade on the go. I think this is the worst mobile trading app.

Mobile app is faulty. Keeps indicating cannot encrypt password. Unable to login.

Terrible app, only can access cash account and doesn't communicate well with the servers. Had to cancel several trades because my orders were not registered

There is a serious problem when you can't even enter at the Login fields! Need to rectify this ASAP!

It was working fine, then after latest update the login fields are totally disabled ! Can your programmers do some UAT before pushing out updates ?

finally got update... but still same shit need to re-key in pin for checking price... session expire too fast lah...

My order has expired but I can't see any information of it on the app. This is the worst app that I come across. If you can't link to the main account on the internet, then don't give us this app.

News nor displaying as readable and is not user friendly. Wonder if the developer use this before uploading

Can't show account balance, share price is not accurate, it's not real time price, etc. I don't use it.

Terrible. App keeps failing this is the mobile platform for dbs vickers and it is crucial that dbs ensures availability.

Why does it need permission to read SMS, contacts and personal information? Please consider clients' privacy!!!!

Great to have this app to serve my basic trading needs while on thr move. Looking forward to future updates!
