Infusionsoft Mobile

The ok new useful feature doesn't work well. Take 30 snaps of business cards back to back and the transcriber details for each card is all garbled up. The info for one card gets transcribed in another. None of the cards match the transcribed info???

I can't search my contacts. I get an error every time. I'd also like to see the ability to notify when making a note on a contact. This is very important. It is a desktop feature but not in the app, please add it.

S producing error Java script messages and won't allow me to search once I turn off phone and start again next day on my Samsung Galaxy S5

Used to love the snap app. Now it just errors when I try to use it in this app. So all usefulness is gone.

I can't even search for a tag to see how many people signed up for something at a remote event. The only thing this is useful for is if I need to add a contact or to take payments with Infusionsoft

Got some bugs and is somewhat unreliable but better than no app.

I can't see the value of continuing with the very basic features if there is no calendar integration. I don't use the sales so I suppose I'm missing out. Look at the app by insight.ly to see what can be achieved. Don't forget that infusionsoft costs an arm and a leg. This app does not represent it well in teems of quality and professionalism.

Only shows one contact in recent list, contact search doesn't work, can't view any campaigns. Pretty much all you can do is add contacts and view orders. Not worth installing.

There are barely any functions in this app. What's the point? See and enter contacts. See and accomplish tasks. That's is. Where is the rest of it?? Disappointed.

Can't view daily activities, search for contacts, and so sending emails or tagging is impossible. Uninstalled immediately

You cant add a note, you can't add a task, you cant make an appointment, you can't create or edit an opportunity and you can only search contacts not companies. No functionality at all! So, outside sales people still have to go back their office and add all their sales calls. Very dissapointed in this ap!

Infusionsoft really need to up their mobile app game here - their webapp is excellent and they need to build something that can replicate it on the mobile platform.

Payments feature is awesome, need to be able to add contacts from phone

There is a tab for task and recent contacts. That is it. I could have been more productive watching paint dry.

I installed the app in hopes that I could access a dashboard like on the desktop version that would show me the status of my latest email broadcast and current campaigns. Unfortunately, none of that functionality is available. I can't even see # of contacts or saved searches. The only features of this app are individual contact info access and task access. For a salesperson or service rep, this would be great. But it's an underutilization of Infusionsoft, which is disappointing. Hope it improves.

This application is the best for CRM users

Lacks intuitiveness, functionality and the navigation is poor. Stick with the website.

Has no way of getting task notifications on mobile device. Additionally, no calendar integration as well is a major holdback from this app being fully useful. Please add calendar and better integration with mobile devices

Simple note and contact details on hand.

The new tasks/notes sections are completely empty for all of our contacts. Also without the ability to view custom fields, the app is pretty useless.

No email marketing functions. No easy metrics or graphs. Light on CRM only features. Year plus without decent features added.

Helps when on the road and need to quickly look up contact details or add tags. Looking forward to more functionality in the near future.

Looks nice, but completely useless without ability to look at notes or custom fields. They finally added tasks so that's worth another star, but many of my tasks are calls... How can I make a meaningful call to a contact if I can't look at notes? Infusionsoft is seriously disappointing in both desktop and mobile.

The functions that you have are nice. A good start. But small things make it annoying to use. The need to log in with your password after just a few minutes of inactivity is silly. Adding a remember me box or something would be nice. And you can't find companies you've added here. Useful when heading to a meeting and you want to know all employees you are meeting with.

This is a pretty good app that allows you to create a task and add a contact. When they add the ability to create an appointment and a add an opportunity or even start a campaign, I will put up some more stars.

Infusionsoft = awesome but this?...... Really? Was this a test to see if you can connect it to the backend?

Love to see the ability to add opportunities and trigger sales stages.

Most of the comments are people wanting to have full functionality o their phones. It works great.

For a start of the art system/app that is based are freedom and flexible the phone app needs to be functional. Tasks... campaigns are just the start. As for numbers well they sync with google anyway so that isnt really a plus. On the other hand the ability to change sale stages within the opportunity would be amazing. .. hope too see change asap. This app is free but when you're paying $300 for the software whose mobile app is so basic that I could have written it, it's laughable. We need to be able to set an appointment, create a task, start a campaign, etc. and you can't with this app. When is the update coming out? I hope soon because the bad reviews are going to keep coming. I'll amend this once they roll out a new update that is worthy of 5 stars and a glowing review.
