About Mobile Confirm
Mobile SAP Goods Receipt and Service Entry Sheet App provides enterprise employees the ability to list or search for Purchase Orders that are open and pending for a Confirmation (Goods Receipt or a Service Entry Sheet), anywhere and anytime on their mobile device.
- View fully open and partially open Purchase Orders

This solution provides a great business value as it automates the confirmation business process, empowers users anywhere, anytime, reduces blocked invoices and improves the vendor payment processing.
As a receiver or requester of goods, or as a manager accepting services, they will now have the ability to perform the confirmation right from a mobile device. This mobile app also empowers the users who are responsible (receivers, buyers, requesters) for the transaction to scan a delivery ticket containing goods or services information submitted by the vendor by using the application’s OCR (optical character recognition) SDK and automate the process of performing the confirmation.
This app connects to SAP ECC application to retrieve the open Purchase Order data to the mobile device as well as to post the Good Receipt or Service Entry documents.
Without the Mobile App, currently users would have to log-on to SAP back-end application(s) to perform the Goods Receipts and Service Entry Sheets. When invoices are blocked due to missing Goods Receipts and Service Entry Sheets, manual processes may be needed to communicate to the receivers to perform the confirmation so the invoices can be unblocked and payments can be processed to the vendors. This can be prevented and the process efficiency significantly improved by showing the open POs right on the mobile device of the receiver so they can execute the transaction with easy access to the data.
This mobile app will help improve the business transaction processing efficiency and improve the productivity of the employees and the organization.
