Mobile Substitution

SAP Mobile Substitution Manager app for Android provides you the ability to use your past substitutes or look up employees of your company and create a substitute with a start and end date from anywhere using your Android Phone.
As an approver of any SAP approval work items, you will now have the ability to delegate your authority to one or more substitutes you can setup right from the mobile device.
This app connects to SAP ECC application and can connect to other applications such as SRM as well to setup the delegate substitution.

Without the Mobile App, currently this functionality is not intuitive and the approver would have to log-on to the backend systems (SAP ECC, SRM etc) to setup the substitution. Also, while the approver is away for vacation or traveling the unactioned work items will be awaiting approval and may hold up business transactions from moving forward. Administrators from IT may need to get involved in setting up the delegate substitution on behalf of the approving manager which may loose efficiency and productivity in the process. This mobile app will help improve the business transaction processing efficiency and improve the productivity of the employees and the organization.

- View your substitutes in the past
- Use past substitutes and assign new substitution Time frame
- Look up employees and their contact information
- Add and assign a new substitute with a from and to date period
- Communicate to the substitute via email or phone
