Courier Complete Mobile (CCMobile) for Android.
Courier Complete is the most widely used courier software in North America. Courier Complete automates the front office, back-end business and in-field courier processes, including online customer order entry, accounts receivable, real-time deliver tracking, and account information. It uses wireless two-way data technology (WAP, BlackBerry®, Windows Mobile, Android) to enable dispatchers to wirelessly send detailed order information to a driver’s device. Drivers can view and interact with the information on their device and keep dispatchers up to date by remotely updating the status of pickups and deliveries. There are only 2 things that I don't like about this app. 1....It is only available for Android, and 2.....When getting a signature, if the person hands me back my phone and they happen to tilt the phone or turn it slightly, the signature gets erased.

It's really easy to use only downfall is with the Samsung phones if you are talking to someone the notifications won't beep to let you no that you have a trip

This system is horrible. Notification ping rarely works. You lose your tracking number as soon as it's been signed off on, so if your keeping your own manifest you better have that number already. Two tomato cans and a piece of string between my truck and dispatch would probably be more effective.

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and the problem still persists. The app closes during the login process every single time!

I have been a cc user for the past 12 years. This app is a game changer. Sig capture is excellent. You must have cc software already as well as your url to synch to your data base or it won't work. Also people having crash issues are using older phones. I have a few drivers that have experienced that issue. Works great with new galaxys as I have 30 plus in service now.

One thing I would like to see on this app is integration with google maps, like a directions button which automatically brings up the map with directions to the location you need to go to, whether it be for pick up or delivery.
