Stephen Tsai

蔡聿濤(Stephen Tsai) 由1978年起投入保險業，並榮獲多屆MDRT。建立及領導NZI Life (現為富通保險) 營業團隊人數超過500名及長達6年時間。擁有33年管理及銷售經驗，當中包括前線及後勤經驗各長達16年多。

2003年擔任AIA美國友邦保險公司香港營業培訓及發展部門之副總裁，為8,500多名前綫人員提供招募、市場推廣及個人發展的培訓支援服務，在2007年為友邦保險駐台灣及中國地區之副總裁，擔任大中華地區前綫及領導層人員超過50,000人的培訓發展及策略工作。

現為英國保誠保險有限公司資深區域總監、香港專才發展學會會長、Professional Sales Universe (PSU) 及Wellness Enterprise Ltd.之Managing Director。多年來，作為營銷界的 “Success Coach”，Stephen不斷向各管理大師學習，包括：Dr. Stephen R.Covey, Tony Robbins及Dr. Geil Browing等，並為7 Habits、Emergenetics、Career Architects、LIMRA及Wilson Learning 之認可培訓導師，致力將所學結合個人多年來的銷售、培訓及管理經驗，成就他人。而他亦是Emergenetics 首位認可培訓導師(香港)及 “Enjoyable Selling”之作者及始創人。

Over the years, as the marketing industry "Success Coach", Stephen constantly to each management guru learning, including: Dr. Stephen R.Covey, Tony Robbins and Dr. Geil Browing, etc., and for the 7 Habits, Emergenetics, Career Architects, LIMRA and Wilson Learning's approved training instructors committed to what they have learned over the years, combined with personal sales, training and management experience, achievements of others.
