為推動十二年國民基本教育，進行政策說明與溝通以達宣傳之功效，提供十二年國教App功能，提供智慧型行動裝置相關連結入口，便利民眾隨時隨地都能進入12年國教專屬網站，透過簡明的選單，使12年國教最新動態、政策、相關辦法與說明，皆能即時呈現在使用者眼前。
