Developers think they are being really clever by displaying banners that inform you of buffering being down to slow streaming from source. However, the exact same sources that keep dropping out or buffering, pay flawlessly on Apple TV using native apple airplay from iOS devices

Pay for the premium, don't be a cheap as s it's completely worth it

It was working good until the update on my LG now it do not work

After Google took away our ability to cast from our mobile browser, I was ready to toss my Chromecast out. Then I found this app. It's fantastic. I can watch videos and still use my phone for other things. I'm going to be upgrading to the premium version. An app that does exactly what it says it does is a wonderful thing

Wished for is now real. I LOVE this app. I am able to transfer music from YouTube, Bible studies from the web, movies from Netflix, photos and videos from my phone seemlessly in HD quality. 15 second rewind or speed forward allows me to keep my place while taking my time for notes etcetera. I really expected compromised screen definition but it's perfect. Streaming is fast. Even has ability to subtext. I love this! It's perfect!

This app worked so much better a year ago. I try and connect to my tv, barely ever connects, when it does it will disconnect the video every 15 minutes. I wish I could go back to the old app before they started all these useless updates that have just made the program worse.

Overall a really good app :) it does exactly what it says on the tin lol if u watch alot of series shows with numerous episodes i would recommend u paying for the premium version for only £3 so you can queue episodes to play one after another so you can sit back and relax without keep pressing play on every epsisode. Sometimes it crashes but it always loads back up again. But maybe something that the developer of this app could have a look at

Wow! I just recently moved over from iOS and this is one of the very few Android apps that truly impressed me. Definitely the first one to make me go Wow! It's like a swiss army knife for your Chromecast. It does what other apps can't, and opens doors other apps aren't even aware are there. I just hope the developer will not nerf those amazing web video detection capabilities down the road. Truly an essential Chromecast app if you watch a lot of videos hosted on websites.

Overall I must say it seems to work just as promised. Much better than any other casting app. I used to use Twonky, it became very buggy and almost unusable. The cool thing about the web video cast app, is that it supports many streaming players, such as Chromecast, Roku, Samsung Smart TV, as well as others.

If I pause videos, the app stops buffering. Or it only buffers a few seconds worth of video. I get 18mb per second download speed, and is more than enough to stream from any other app, but if not, atleast I can pause and wait for a minute for life to load a bit. Why can't I pause and wait for buffering with this app? Also won't stop routing through phone. So as soon as I leave the app, my cast freezes

Thanks for making this but lately it's been reloading movie page I go to cast movies thru my chrome cast & I watch streaming movies daily. I have high speed Wi-Fi so there is no reason for this app to not work right & it reloads movie after I watch it. Maybe I should quit using this if it becomes a hassle. I have uninstalled & reinstalled app.

Tried many miracast apps. This is the only one that works with my devices (LG smartphone + Samsung Smart TV). Drawback is that there are annoying full screen ads. Therefore 4 from 5 stars.

Wow! I don't know if I've ever upgraded to premium in an app so quickly. I was tired of the lack of consistency using chrome to cast web videos, to say nothing of the lack of control over playback. This app is everything I was looking for and more. The subtitles feature really knocks it out of the park. Keep up the great work! Edit: After a little more use, I'd love to see an option for saving your current queue as a sort of playlist for later!

the best app ever. I tryed many apps eg tubio but this is absolut best. You can play your favorite series from pages with lot of ad it blocks all of them, very nice player control and the bezt thing is support playing not just miracast but also on DLNA devices = older TVs with ethernet and multimadia without smart functions

Works as advertised. The play through phone check box is not intuitive and should play through phone the moment it is checked. Choosing video resolution (when multiple formats are available ) is tedious and confusing. Otherwise it casts to my chrome cast at the mercy of the source file.

Still today one of the best apps ever made.This is the app to have to stream videos to the tv from the kind of sites not compatible made for chromecast. About the app what I like is it's easy to use, it's fast and intuitive, keeps you safe from most spam, has options like bookmarks, queue videos, emulate browsers {didn't try this yet}, proxie options, open Web video with your favourite player, watch directly in the app {even not designed for it} and excellent customer support. Great and must have app. Tested with Sony z2 and LG pb690v.

Updated review. This didn't work for me at first. The company sent me a few emails to figure out the problem. The solution was a single checkbox in the setting. Works terrific, and this is the best customer service experience I've had in recent memory

Any site with ad popup/redirects will make this app pointless. Especially if trying to forward anime and movie casts... you know those sites have 2 or 3 redirects before you can play...

I'm facing an issue where casting a video first crashes the app. When i try to recast, it works. This happens for any video. It'll crash first time and work second time. I'll appreciate if this can be fixed.

First app I've ever bought. If, like me you wanted a simple way of cast g videos online straight to chrome cast this couldn't be easier. If you stream movies from certain "websites" and have trouble finding a decent then try this. It stops all pop ups and shows the links with he resolution of the working files. Just click on it and click cast. You can also search your device for videos and photos off here. If you use chromecast then this is the app to get for all your needs. Thank you

Worked fine until recently. Now, when I try to cast a video from chrome, it appears to connect, starts loading and then it goes into a blackscreen. It says I am still connected to chromecast, but I only see a blackscreen.

Always disconnects. I can stream a YouTube movie without issue, but anytime I use this, it'll play two minutes and then it's back to the chromecast screen.

Wow. It has changed the way we are able to cast movies and TV to the TV. Can't imagine what is to come with future apps like this. Times are changing and technology has only scratched the surface.

Fantastic. When native casting is seemingly impossible or just too frustrating to get working amongst the various types of media, this app gets the job done. It's not immediately perfect for all cases, given the web and its infinite variations of producing streaming content, but this app is on top of covering the latest streamables, is always faster to figure out casting than the native browser, and is able to cast the content that the native browser is simply unable to cast in the first place. The stability in pausing and resuming despite network and provider conditions, and even remembering the position of the casted content when you come back to view it is icing on the cake and feels very polished. My hope is that Google acquires this technology and integrates it natively, and pays the development team generously. Thank you!

I really like this app, it works well for streaming content that isn't live, however, what holds me back from loving it is the constant error pop ups or buffering pop ups when the app is working perfectly. It's really unusual but if I could disable these 'help' tips I'd easily rate 5 stars.

This is by far the best video caster you can get for free. It works perfectly with my Roku TV, and allows me to use my own tv remote to pause or rewind when needed. On top of that, it does not drain the battery at all on my phone at all when casting a video. I recommend this video caster to anyone who is searching for one. You get the occasional add, but it does not interupt what you are watching so they are no bother at all. All in all, fantastic app all around.

Not bad, not bad at all . But at sum time it tends to act up ever now and then. But for what it is worth it gets the job done ever now and then and I 'm gald I got it. Thanks.. Four and a half stars out of 5 stars.

I've never done this but I had to come in and rate this with 5 stars. Does exactly what I need it to do with my roku.

Worked only on one movie. I came back the next day and I got... Could not play file errors. I play a mixture of mp4, wmv, mkv files. Uninstalled. Too many adds but not working to stream via Roku.
