Placed my first order and it was ready and waiting when I arrived at the cafe (they even guessed who I was when I walked in) within a few mins. Quite a few restaurant/take aways are now registered but looking forward to more coffee shops being added.

A very good idea but definitely in need of improvement, I wasn't notified when my order was ready and it wasn't obvious as to where to go to check the status of my order. An order status bar fixed at the top of the screen would be great. In the restaurant it wasn't clear what to do, they had an instantt sign kind of tucked away but noone talking about it, was very unclear. It would be cool if you could give instructions for the individual restaurants when you order there. Also think the icons etc could be more obvious, bolder but clear what they signify. But good app, keep working on it and will be great.

Order was ready and waiting from a personal favourite lunch spot which was great, however, the majority of choices around me in Central London had menus which were "Unavailable" for several days a week

The app is very easy to use. Excellent choice of places. Love the vegan option on the food categories. Did my first pock up at Brera today. Staff were well informed about the process. Very smooth and quick transaction.

Would not let me use 'MAKEMYDAY' voucher used at the checkout. It recognises the code but would not let me check box to use. Very disappointed after setting up account.

Best food Ordering App... Let's order ..

It's a fantastic app and a great idea. Can find lunch near work - order for pick up in advance or even on the way to the restaurant as it's usually ready in minutes. Great opening offers (I had £5 off to use after my first order) and interesting venues signed up to it. Have used it to explore some lunch options close and not so close to work. The cons are that some vendors are listed but menu is not available at the moment and it's only vendors in a few areas. Please sign up some vendors on the Grays Inn Road that are more convenient and many more will use your app.
