They don't know the value of commitments they have mentioned in READ MORE ABOUT APPLICATION. Approved in 5 minutes bulshit. When you provide necessary documents to them again they will ask you for more and more documents untill you say I do t have this document. Once you say I don't have this then everything will be over and your application will be rejected. Using kokat mahindra bank Gold credit card and I am not eligible according to these people. Lolz

I had applied on insta paisa. The application is approved. Asked for my last piece of information which is bank account statement, Sent even that, since then there is no reply or no response yet. Can anyone help me in letting me know what's going on.

Don't waste your time downloading this app. According to them applying for a duplicate PAN card is also a problem....this means anyone who loses his wallet and pan card is in deep trouble....

I.... Really need money now..... I've been searching for apps and I found this one. At first, at the time of download, I was happy. But WHY THE HELL IT IS SHOWING INVALID PINCOAD EVEN AFTER I ENTERED THE CORRECT ONE.

Its been 2 days there is a technical issue. App won't accept pincode. But no email replies. No answering calls Worse customer service

After sending documents also again asking for documents many times .call centre number don't works. Just to theft u r bank details they ask user id password. And no response from their side absolutely fake App. Don't download it.

Customer care never respond to emails. App will not recognize pin code what I enter. I tried other pin codes nothing works

Simply these people are cheating, they want your details. Even their contact number mentioned in site also wrong and you can't chat online too. Waste of time data and your energy.

They say it's Insta and gets approved in 5 mins but it's more than a week and still no response from their end.

Haha... It is such a funny company. Which shows like a loan processing company. Its not related to finance at all. Its better to provide this application to School children to get an idea about the loan process and all.

Since 16th Jan my application is showing in process.. dont know why this much time taking as this is online application and giving approval online..

The app is Fake or more of a scam .. where it will ask for ur netbanking username and password and than once u will enter it they will reject the application .. plz change ur netbanking username and password once u have entered it. i am reporting this app as scam to Google and to be removed from play store

I entered my town postal pin code but it shows error in finding address....

If ur delhi resident you may get the loan soon. If not it takes huge time don't waste ur time on this app . My loan has been approved still haven't got money .. compare to other app ( cashe ) this is a worst one :(

I don't agree with most of them. If you have to have your breakfast or lunch or dinner then you have to put an effort in getting the meal similarly you have to do little followup on your application with Instapaisa. Any financial institution has step process which takes time in real time to come to the disbursal stage. I agree with all of you that the commitment they have mention on their website or App about 24/28 hrs disbursal time, they don't stood by to it. But you should accept the fact that at the end they disburse the requested or approved amount. My personal experience, I did apply it on April 19th and they approved it on the same day but with timely and regular followups they have done NEFT of the approved amount yesterday and solve my crisis. KuDOS to Devendra and his team who has made it successfull.
