Caso o estabelecimento comercial não lance a nota no sistema, o app irá registrar automaticamente a reclamação (inclusive utilizando foto como prova).

Você não precisa morar em São Paulo para se beneficiar do programa Nota Fiscal Paulista, basta o estabelecimento comercial. Se você faz compras pela Internet, provavelmente já possui crédito lá. Mesmo sem nunca ter feito cadastro.

Os créditos são transferidos para a conta bancária do cidadão, basta acessar o sistema e solicitar a transferência.

COMO FUNCIONA
Você cadastra sua nota no momento que a recebe de um estabelecimento e o aplicativo verifica periodicamente se ela foi lançada no Sistema Nota Fiscal Paulista.
