It is useful for keeping track over periods of time. Last year I was at 42. Now I am at 58.

It's very similar to the ones they give at my doctors but it does not take into account the different symptoms people can have for example most doctors will ask if you're sleeping to much or a lot less when this is just less and asks about weight loss but not weight gain and a few others. Decent test. Told me what I know. I got a 50 would have gotten higher if they took into account the other symptoms people can have.
