Hello Receipts - Scan Expenses

I've been looking all over for something like this it is an amazing app. I had to have downloaded like a dozen apps that were supposed to do the same thing but required data entry if I wanted an app to just take photos of my receipts I would have just use my gallery this app does exactly what I wanted to thank you

The application has awesome OCR but no function to split items. _People just don't shop single category at a time in today's market trends. _All the stores offer many different categories of items in their stores. Like Wal-Mart, they now offer groceries. It needs to be able to track them in separate categories._3 more. 1st, it crushes when I tried to export a JPEG directly from CamScanner. 2nd, it needs to crop pics. Last, why single word for tags? Can we tag like "Eating-out" as one tag?

If you are looking for the most accurate expense OCR and clean interface this app is for you it picks up dates and amounts where others don't the only functionality that is lacking is reporting however if you don't need charts and graphs then get this app to track your expenses

Amazing capabilities, however..... Hello receipts seems to be an app that makes my SGS5 hang and slow to respond. That said, I can't live without it. This I install. Delete. Install again. Delete again ad nauseum

Great app! Processing receipts takes awhile but gets it done most the time. 5 star because it does what it says and it's easy to use plus it's FREE!

The OCR is awesome, best I've seen. However, some receipts take many days to process. Also, it is not possible to enter a negative value for a return.

Takes a million years to process one bill. There is also no way to take a photo of a long bill. It can only do small bills. Still processing... Plus now they have my email address to sell...

Takes 10 minutes to process receipts (just name, sum and tax .. why not item to let me search thru when needed?). Fails using special characters in notes ("oběd"), not possible to set currency, "processing" blinks with some another picture...

Completed 5 invoices, then the app stopped working. Been processing a receipt for 20 minutes now. A waste of time!

Needed something simple and quick to store receipts. Well this is it. Nothing fancy, just what ya need

After I uploaded the whole year receipts.And then *** Stop working*** ***can not open it*** also all my data was ***gone***........WHAT T HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks so much guys for making my life easier! Handling hundreds of receipts was an absolute nightmare before i discovered hello receipts, and its free!!

Installed it yesterday after trying about 3 other apps and so far so good. This one by far the best. Only suggestion: is there a way to stitch pictures together for long receipts? If it had that it would be 5 stars f2f ir sure. Please get back to me on what I can do about long receipts. Thanks

If you could add an option to record just the subtotal, i would give this app 5 stars.

Requires Data to process receipts. Can be ran on wifi (but I dont always have acces to wifi)

I'm not only using this app for business, but also to keep track of my personal spending and budget. It's awesome and removes all the manual entry.

Being able to tag and have control over usage both from phone and pc is good.

Great app but it can't scan long receipts but definitely superior OCR than most!!

Cannot add manual entry (like millage). Cannot add entries on the website (other then pictures). But other then that it seems to work fine.

This is exactly what I was looking for. Love the data capturing feature.

Fantastic ocr. Great tool

This app is my go-to for submitting my travel expenses. Easy to use and efficient. Only reason I did not give five stars is that the "magic" takes a little too long to happen. Meaning their character recognition is a little slow. Other than that I love it.

Best of the free receipt scanners that I've tried without all the extra features of pay/subscription ones. Scan quality and accuracy is comparable to Expensify. If all you need to do is scan and upload receipts and get monthly or weekly expense reports this is the one for you and it is free!

How long does it usually take to process receipts? Mine are still processing.

Registration is required. No currency select. Very slow recognition. Keep up excellent work. Everybody else are doing the wrong thing (image collection).

A well done app. The OCR is not perfect, but it is a great way to keep my receipts organised.

Its convenient. It uploads my receipts. It fill in some of the data. But then it leaves much data unfilled even though: the information is on the receipt or its a similar receipt as before... Its ok/good...
