QuickBooks Accounting: Invoicing & Expenses

Works ok for our needs but many differences between versions (online versus app versus pc). Also why can't we attache PDF etc.. (only JPG) in app but ok from pc. And yes its not always pictures sometimes vendors send invoices in pdf via email. Great response from hope it comes one day

Awesome... works across all of my devices so I can invoice, receive payment and create customers wherever I am. I can even check to see who has and hasn't paid me and send a reminder email to them if needs be, all from my phone, tablet or laptop... should have used this ages ago instead of previous well known others.

Thanks QB! The $10 I pay a month is nothing compared to the time I save by being able to track my expenses and invoice my customers compared to the way I used to do it. The only thing I would like to see is a way to delete an item after you create it. For example: Add item. Press + and enter item. Save. Oops I screwed up the amount I want to charge for this item. Create a new item with correct amount. Both show up in add item list. Please add option to delete item entries. Thanks!

I am a online user and find few missing important features on the app. Account selection while receiving payment so it's going to un deposited fund. Always sticked with excluded tax selection while generating a invoice. Unable to export account txns.

As a self-employed individual, you get no support. Do not buy. Wasted over two hours on the phone with various customer service reps and was informed that you get online support. Lost three weeks of work in few mins. They won't even give me refund. Wish I can give negative stars!!!

This is a great app, once you figure it out. It is best to have a working knowledge of accounting, or at least how to keep and balance a checkbook. There are many features. Some you won't need, but could come in handy as you grow a business. I found the app helps. If you don't forget to use it. Keep your receipts. Duh.

Update: 2/25/2018. Everything is working now. I have a Nexus 5X with the OS and all software updated. It used to work perfectly.... Now it crashes immediately after I hit sign in! Please fix ASAP!

It's a great app. Developers should add more features to this app that are available in the desktop app but not available here in the mobile phone app. Example is, adding an expense for the employee such as wage. Make it as much the same as in the desktop app in terms of features.

App worked great at first. Now crashes when opening detailed info such as sales receipts. Uninstalled and reinstalled several times to no avail.

Most of the times search for customers, invoice numbers, amount etc doesn't works. Keeps on saying something went wrong!!! Please get sortout this issue urgently.

I've been using (actually trying to use) this product for years and this is an update/downgrade of my 2015 review. This app is ok for a quick glance at bank balances but, if you want to run a real business, this is app is all but useless and you must use the desktop version. It has never gotten any better and I have the same bugs I've had for years - I can't even see the vendor invoices that have been paid or bills that are due so, of course, I can't pay any bills with the app. Support takes forever to get through and is mostly useless when you get there. They have no idea how the app works or how to fix it. And, oh yeah, in spite of all that, they didn't mind increasing the monthly payment to $50.

Game changer. Invoicing and tracking expenses just got so easy. It's amazing, and I am only sad I didn't know about it sooner!

It works great on my phone, and tablet. I'd recommend it to other people that use quickbooks if it could be used. I use it constantly, but would use it all the time with a tablet.

The only thing I wish it had would be for signing contracts with customers. Other than that I absolutely love it.

I love QB it does everything but it takes to long to get your money so I've been processing with PayPal then copying it over to this fix this issue and 10 stars

Lacks functionality and STILL cannot access by bank account to reconcile. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS APP. AVOID.

Very helpful for small business. I run a small construction company, it helps me create quotes, track cost, send invoices, and input payment. It allows me to save jobs so I can go back and look at how much a part or whole of a project costed to create quicker and more accurate quotes.

Garbage. Been with QBO for 4 years. App is impossible to use now more than ever

It has helped me save time and collect data better than I could do on my own literally saves me so much time couldn't do it without it

I really like this app just hate just like anything the rate keep going up but ol well I need it!

It's a very powerful program for small businesses. LOVE the variability of online to where you can use any device to accomplish tasks

Good program overall, just wish I could run both my companies on it like I did on the QuickBooks pro software without having to pay for an all new license.

Lots of Improvements are required in application Does not allow to create Bill and make bill payment While accepting transaction from Bank it asks for tax rates for which functionality is not available in app Does not allow to run reports in app No any details of suppliers like payment details are provided While creating inventory only purchase price is allowed to enter

Great app. Just wish more of the desktop functions we're available. Also, overdue invoices don't always update.

Horrendous support from the Philippines. Works well when all the feeds are set up. Just horrendous getting to that point

QuickBooks is great. I've been using it for a few years. Customers can pay directly through their email and it makes keeping track of sales and expenses very easy.

Amazing app for mobile, I now use my phone to manage my complete project. Great Work QuickBooks!!!

Super handy app. The only issue I've found is that it won't allow me to input a negative amount on an invoice, like for a discount.

I think it is a great app to view your account and progress. Love how you can add your receipts on the go and finish up when you get back to the office.
