Company's staff R unskilled they didnt provided username and password. Toll free no. & cust care no didnt reply so How can login without username & password. Com promise that claim wil clear within 10 days but not yet cleared & status of claim didnt yet provid.

My wife admitted in hospital in Ahmedabad for angioplasty the th cashless claim procedure and approval within two hours for the claim for RS 250000 + thanks to the team and company. R K Shah ex employee Bank of Baroda

Ur app is not working...When I am logging in with I'd and password it's showing incorrect!! But when i am logging into the website it's opening....Work on the app

It won't let you login, useless app

whenever i try n login it's says username & password is incorrect...kindly explain the way to login this app...or else this app is useless for everyone...

Worst app.everytime it shows user id and password incorrect but when i login in dhs from my pc same id and password i m able to login

Couldn't login my account using mobile App, whereas same is accessible on web portal.. everytime i try to login my account in Mobile app, it shows wrong username or password..

Delay in providing all their services, hardly reply you when you are in need

Very bad service, customer care toll-free number not picking the call, very bad attitude they possess , they are unskilled.customer care not taking the pain to reply the mail

Hospital details are not available. Few Hospitals of different places shown without relevance to locations. Search for hospitals nearby either by name, pin code or even by place name not forthcoming.

some portion gives error log.hospital list are not good.dhs rarely repond to email.

the app doesn't lets you log in, instead spits out the wrong usersame/password error
