Worst service ever. Extraordinary high charges but pathetic service. For one toilet cleaning they will charge 500 for cleaning washbasin and toilet that also without any brush.

On October 3rd Sunday morning 9 AM, I booked a service for cleaning the toilets. I selected the 12:00 PM Slot. The customer service called me and informed me that they have availability at 2:30 PM only. I confirmed and asked them to come. At 2:15 PM they called me to ask the route and landmark and told me that they are just going to start from the office. Its 3 PM, no body turns up. At 3:45 PM, I get a call from the customer service that nobody will come for cleaning as the staff is tired. So from 9 AM to 4 PM, I have to wait for these guys to hear that they wont be able to service the request. Waste of an entire day. Not sure why the company is named INZTAhelp. Nothing happens in hours, forget instantly.

I love this app. Lot of features are there. I have booked a service using this app and got the perfect response from customer care. It works perfectly even in the 2g speed.

I had booked a basic house keeping service via the app and the response was amazing. Excellent cleaning done by the professionals. Love to book again..

The app displays available timeslots to book an appointment. But no one will turn up at the time. When I try to call the customer care, they say that they have not received any booking. I don't understand how the app sends out confirmation SMS saying that the booking is confirmed. I also had a pathetic experience 3 weeks back where-in the deep cleaning of bathroom was only effective by 20-25%. Deep cleaning is 1200 RS for one bathroom, which is almost a month's salary of a housemaid, but what good came out of it? After my complaint, some one was sent to review the work, the person accepted that the work was not done properly, but after that there is no response from Inztahelp. Looks like they just want feedback, no concrete action would be taken to correct it! No more using Inztahelp. A failure business model for retail/domestic users.

After upgrading from a previous version, it just shows city is missing. But there is no provision to update city and shows nothing inside the app. All the screens are empty. So i uninstalled and reinstalled the latest version 0.5. In this version im unable to pass the login screen. Always it shows a message 'not authenticated'. I even reset the password and tried but no use. Useless app.

I had doubts on whether inztahelp can clean the Indian toilet and bathroom properly and had apprehensions whether they will do a good job and not just do a half hearted job. I was surprised by the diligence and courteousness the guys showed.. They took 2.5 hours to clean the bathroom and their hard work paid off.. Special thanks to the 2 guys who came over... I am quite impressed...
