First missing mobile transaction option...Kindly add that feature.. Rather than having multiple applications , it's better to have a solid one to meet all the necessities. I feel so. , Iob passbook Iob mobile Iob connect This nanban Asking a customer to download one app is reasonable and also useful for both the customer and bank. But having one feature with one app and another feature in another app is a blunder. Lack of technical alignment
It's good one.. But it's not required, please develop the app which opens internet banking just like sbi which is the solution for all the things.. And for enquires please add all the things in one app.. 2-3 apps are enough., mobile banking, internet banking, for enquiry one app.. Otherwise it ll create lot of confusion..
Kindly include internet banking too. A one tap solution or everything in one basket. Don't stack many for each purpose.but it's a good app
