They always pop up with referral id so that you and the referred get 50 rs both. I referred one but neither of us got 50 rs. I sent them mail complaining and they had promised to resolve this, that is about 3 weeks ago. No solution till date, that's the fake promise.

These people are not giving us orignal returns. For example in investment calculater, which is provided in app; it shows a gain of around 23 rupee for 14000 in 7 days but all i get is 12 rupees in that period. I would suggest all users to keep an eye on your gain and find it out yourself. If we put our money directly in the same mutual fund in which this app claims to invest, we ll get orignal​ return, much higher gain on our capital.

I have encountered irregularities in interest gain. The gain is not reflecting on my account on daily basis. Please do something about it otherwise it will surely affect your customer base.

We can trust on these guys but the returns are never more than 6.5%. Also your money will actually reduce on some days. The app also has bugs, it shows wrong return values. Not possible to track back the returns on daily basis.

Seems good, but has issues. For one, instant withdrawal isn't working even after more than a week of opening account. It's really important if you need your money urgently. What's good is that they also have desktop website access in case you have issues with the app, or if you don't have your smartphone for some reason. This is really important as android apps can be idiosyncratic and you can loose access to your account. Already experienced this with Digibank. Lastly, only half of the mentioned Rs. 100 referral bonus credited. Not good. Leaves a -ve impression of the brand.

Extraordinary App. Guys this is the real deal. I personally have invested Rs5000 just to see whether this app works or not. I've got 8.2% returns. Money in this app completely secure because in reality the money is neither in the app nor with finozen, it is deposited in the Mutual fund. I've checked many websites to see any fraud or other complaints about Finozen but found none. I'm going to invest more. All job holders feel free and secure to invest in this app, correction... invest via this app. Almost forgot, customer care is awesome, obedient and patient to answer all your queries. They answer all your calls, unlike the stupid bank customer care centres.

I loved this app because my money is as much as safer than banks.Please check below points why it is safe: 1)If you invest through this app your money directly goes to mutual funds. 2)When you try to withdraw your money it directly comes to your registered bank account. 3)By mistake if you submits wrong bank details then we will get check to our address from directly Mutual fund. So as per my knowledge this app is very safe n secure for your money.

Each and every time I try to connect customer care I get to listen that all customer care are busy but instead of connecting to customer care the line get automatically disconnected after 1.5 min each. Is it like that as I have invested and a registered customer so I don't have any value. After long time my issue ( Referral money ) was solved . At first customer care was not cooperative but at last they showed that they are really there to help customer. I appreciate there way to help specially Mr Murli . Plz keep this on . And I will refer more person to finozen looking after there eagerness to help .

The app seems to be good but they seem to have made bald promises by stating that you get Rs. 50/- as referal amount after 5 working days of the transaction by the person you have referred but they do not credit the amount to your account. So, there is no point in referring the app. If you write email regardinf this, you get a normal reply that your issue has been raised but they do not solve the issue.
