You guys have to go on inmate canteen desk top. Stop using this wack ass app! Just use the desk top, you'll thank me later.

If I could rate this a zero I would. If one star shows up its only because I couldn't change it. What a racket. Two phone cards were never received by my son. I signed up for email and couldn't get it to work. Called support. Did what they said. Never worked. And, now I'm suppose to use it to set up visits. No way. On my dashboard it doesn't even show email option and when I couldn't get anywhere to schedule a visit I have no idea where I ended up. Disgusting to think people and a company are so abusive and obviously don't realize how important these calls are not only to the one trying to be contacted but also how it affects the person trying to contact them. But, I guess when they can rake in this kind of money and DON'T provide the services they take money for they don't give a damn - obviously. I guess I'm a fool for expecting the services they took my money for. Since they're not accredited with the BBB I wonder if a complaint can still be filed. I'll look into that. Don't expect to find answers or support for problems from them. I haven't been able to.

Costs way too much to add money. Its already expensive buying everything in jail! Lower the price to add money for inmates and it would be ok! '

Turnkey is a horrific company. $8.95 EXTRA charge to fund an account, limited "enhance features" at few select facilities, plus they ignore standards set by whatever committee not enforcing their standards, like the rest, by ILLEGALLY overcharging calls & different amounts when call duration is the same, i.e. the max "15 minutes" (less really). CAN'T STAND THEM, NOBODY CAN, & FAIR PROGRAMS CAN'T BE USED, MAKES FAMILIES & CHILDREN PAY, NOT SO MUCH THE INMATE.

What a horriable sight no response from cs can't even buy canteen for inmate my daughter what a joke there already treated like animals but you can't even send them some chips n coffee concerned grandma n mother

This is the worst ever do not put any time money or effort to this app they are a rip offs and don't care to help you in anyway it took my money and that's that and I didn't even get to talk to my loved one I wouldn't even give them a star but had too.

Cant use video visitation, and only has bare minimum of everything else. Needs alot of improvement.

Why doesn't the app offer video visitation through your phone? Who has webcams anymore. Only camera I use is through my phone

This app sucks! NOT user friendly, in the least! Tried to email support and the address is bunk! My partner can't recieve the funds I put on here and everything about this POS app is misleading. So pissed! Thieves!

Froze up on me every time i tried using it. I couldn't do anything with it on my phone. Had to use my computer to be able to add funds or anything else. Very frustrating.

so far i have had no trouble with the app. I have used the text , email & obviously the add funds function and all is good right now. Just really expensive in my opinion.

App sucks!!! Logged in and couldn't get past "location". The dashboard flashes and went back to location. Complete waste of time.

It usually works but sometimes my husband doesn't get them and I still get charged for it and it's nothing in email that is bad so I don't get it and get I get ripped off. I'm checking out Skype with inmate

I really like things that this app has to offer. It makes it a little easier to stay connected to.your loved ones.
