IRCTC Connect

It is now 12 days I cancelled my A/C ticket Rs.2330 through app still now no refund from IRCTC Connect app. The main problem is that now there is no record of refund in app. How to get my money back & where to complaint? There is a customer care number in the app but not connecting..

Pls dont use this app or else u lose ur hard earned money. Amount of 251.50 deducted on 1/1/17 no ticket booked due to error not refunded till now alos there is nowhere a record for failed transaction where i can find a reference no. To sue the.

It has been a pain to book a ticket from the app. I had a booked a ticket from the app in emergency but after the money was deducted the app showed up a msg stating that the transaction had been timed out & the ticket didn't get generated. The app doesn't reflect the failed transaction information Post this the money has not refunded to me unlike the website in which the money deducted gets refunded in 24hrs. I have sent an email to the IRCTC and awaiting response. I would suggest not to use the App

When I try to login using the website login credits it says ` Invalid password`. This has rendered application useless for me. Which brain has designed this app. Different login credits for different platforms ha ha. I will drop a detail email to the developer. There is no resolve for the login issue hence uninstalling application

Dynamic pricing is cheating passengers, exorbitant price is shown despite fare being almost 1k less before booking, in this price why would anyone travel by train? Flight is better option saving time n fare difference is 500-700Rs for 2nd class ac! Indian railways should rethink this dynamic pricing before its too late to get back customers

Not at all good.. wen i booked 2 tickets thats for me n for my mom which was lower berth but i got both upper berth.. my mom is 53 and i really dnt understand the logic of providing her the upper berth. My mom has problem in her leg.. she cnt climb. Wen i called the customer service they are really rubbish and worst ppl to speak to. Wen i told my mom cnt climb he just hung up the call.. i will never ever travel in train again..

I have booked train ticket which was not confirmed and its automatically cancelled and its almost 8 days i doesnt got my refund ..and i got message that Rs 950 will be refunded but i have booked tickets in Rs 1080 why they are deducting my 130 rs for waitlist ticket which is not confirmed...

App is too slow you need to work on it, and why the hell I am getting this popup my id and pass both are valid. I have also login through browser at that time my login was successfully done but whenever I login through your app it shows me a error of invalid I'd and password, your app is really irritating me

Why it is not consider irctc e-wallet for transaction because it is the irctc official app so please upgrade the website features into the application 2nd. The time is digitalization why we cant book ticket 8 to 12 its shows it is not digitalization service give me answer

Sir/mam I can not to login in my account with this irctc app , always a message is appearing that is enter a valid user id or password , But when I am trying with the help of browser like google chrome then I can login in. So please, resolve my issue. Thanking you sir.

If ticket reservation is restricted via app during this time period, at least allow user to view the available trains, if not book them. People on the move would like to view available trains at least to plan their day. Also I booked two tickets one on 2nd Jan and other on 8th Jan. In both instances, the money for debited from bank, but no tucked got booked. I have to wait 4-5 days for the refund. Pls don't use this app to book tickets. It's not worth even 1 star.

I have been using this app since it was launched . Improved since then but long way to go. Right now its not opening at all . Moment I tap on "Book Train Tickets " option screen goes white and another window opens in google Play store and says doesnt exist " Retry " . Pls debug .

I paid through debit card and the money was debited from my a/c but on the IRCTC app it threw me back to planner screen. There is no record of the failed transaction anywhere in my irctc account.

Hi All, Please don't use this app for booking tickets. Mostly u will have trouble logging in. Just in case you are lucky enough to make it, your payment will get deducted and there will be no ticket generated. I've lost more than 12,000 bucks on this screwed up app and there has been no refund coz the failed transactions don't get recorded. Plus the app is not synced with the Web version, so money lost is gone forever. Hate the developer...

All well with this app but whenever you open app after 10-15 days. It will show Mandatory Update which is irritating if someone is in a hurry. Sometimes there may be storage problems or slow net problems. So please fix it for 5 Star rating

App is good. But there seems to be no sync between desktop version and mobile app. I can login with same user Id/password on desktop website but on the mobile app, it says invalid credentials. The OTP feature doesn't seem to work

Looks like created by some nawsikhiya developer. Some most basic features are missing. Tkt booked from irctc website can not be accessed. Transaction history, failed transaction no info. Typical gov app.

Please save the Indian railways. Do only that; what you are supposed to. IR is largest public owned business. Do that rather. Limit updates to once in a quarter. Otherwise it's a burden. Do carry passengers and goods than selling chips. Please

There is no option to edit the passengers details.If u entered some wrong passengers details u cannot change or edit. There is no dedicated helpline no. who can help u to answer your questions. No one is there to respond to your emails. Fake custmer care no.

I want yo book a ticket for may...but this app is not working for 8 am to 12 noon........Whn i start appp.....it pop up and give a message... tht u r not allowed to use this app frm 8 hrs to 12 noon...pls look at the problem.and give the sonutn.

Y this app now is asking to install irctc rail connect and wont work in rooted device while it used to work early. Such a shame that app is not working properly and always says to install irctc rail connect app which is in development and has no option to bypass it....

Useless app, because there is time restrictions from 8-12. Most of the time, peoples need to book tatkal ticket, and they can't book because of this illogical time restriction. Don't download guys. You can otherwise book ticket on irctc website using any browser.

Third class doesn't get ticket book in single attempt, after two to three times payment deduction ticket gets booked. And not fast it's worst slow. And most importantly can't book tickets in tatkal period.

You guys are making this app worse with each new update. Adding more and more adds which is making this app more worse and headache to use. Dont use this app!!!! Pathetic. Fix it.. when I feel its fixed I will change my review

I've my correct username and password, using which I can able to login in irctc wesite. But while I try to login in this app it is showing that please enter a valid username and password which I know perfectly. Kindly rectify this issue.

I have never seen an app like this which hangs a lot. And what A goodness that IRCTC firced us to update again and again for new virsion every now and then. (Dont know may be they are earning buy our downliaded visrion or what God kniws) After all Goverment Department na, thats why it Hangs a lot.

ERS IMAGES aren't saving in the gallery immediatly..its taking a lot of time like 3days to come into my gallery..i have tried this in 3 of my android devises and facing the same kind of issue

It keeps saying "Please enter correct username and password" and I am able to login in the Irctc website without any problem. What's the bug?? Tried clear data, reinstall but no luck.

While logging in it redirects to the play store to install an unreleased app called IRCTC Rail Connect. It used to work just a couple of days back. This is so much IRRITATING!

App asks me to verify mobile and email which I have already verified and doesn't proceed with login process. Pls fix the bug

Currently it is not letting me to log into it. Rather it is redirecting to the Google play's unreleased irctc app and asking to install it.. When I press back key, I am landing on this app where there is no option to update the app. And now I am stuck in this loop!

I had booked 2 tickets which charged me 860 in total.. the amount was deducted but i got no ticket confirmation.. customer care telecom are not receiving and really worst experience..

When ever i try to enter in app it take me to play store where it show message "item not found" retry. Please fix it. i have many ticket booked through app so its important to me that app should work.

I have booked ticket twice and both times it cut money from my account and tickets were not booked , and then 400 rs less refunded. This same thing happened twice. When mailed to customer care ,no reply.

Today morning when k opened this app. After some second this app goes to play store. before today this app work well. So I will requested that please update and fix the my problem.

Nice to use and easy to book ticket but the problem is that if we need to check the PNR status of train or where the train has reached, for that i need to install another app or i need to visit on site, so if you provide the way to search PNR status it will be very useful for us. After all the app is awesome, loved it

i am unable to login. i tried a lot. they are giving option to send otp on old phn number but not on email. completely fed up with this app.

Unable to login through this app using irctc account, Worst app.. This app donot deserve even one star. IRCTC must fix this login problem..

This app does not works on a rooted android device with an error message. Rooting a phone is the first thing a poweruser does post unboxing the phone.

If this is a official app then it would be better to sync the booking details from main portal and app. Otherwise it is very difficult to track separately.
