IRIS OpenPayslips

What an appalling app - can't log in (invalid log in details) The app only lets you input username and password, there are no other settings or options and when it did work it constantly runs in the background unless you force stop it. After resetting my details online it still won't let me log in. Uninstalling, seen more intelligent things in duck ponds.

I can never sign in with this app but go on the website and i sign in no problem. Pointless even downloading :(

Absolute rubbish have installed and deleted loads of times just keeps saying invalid login but can login fine through website.

Installed it easily and simple to use. Very handy for accessing payslips on the go.

Doesn't show me the right information. Me and my partner use the one email address for this kind of stuff always have. On the website the information is correct on the app it shows me double of my information and not my partners. Frustrating.

If you copy and paste your email it won't log you in. You have to enter manually each time.

Cant log in on password, no help or reset buttons.....

It takes along time to install otherwise its easy and ideal to have at hand for proof of earnings on your mobile

Won't let me log in with S5 only on tablet. Garbage!!

I have installed 3 times and each time it says my details are invalid. Site works fine. Not worth the download time.

Shite app doesn't work

For those that seem to have issues. 1. Remove and reinstall - this seems to fix problems 2. Make sure you have a PDF viewer on your phone. 3. Make sure you have activated your account. If you do not activate your account (ask your employer to re-send the activation email) you will not be able to access the payslips.

Samsung galaxy S4. Could only access 1 payslip from Last year

App constantly crashes after I log in and try to retrieve my payslip. This has happened for the past 3 months I've had the app and it doesn't appear to have been fixed.

Spoke with the developers and can start enjoying the use of it. Thank You IRIS.

All works fine until I click on the payslip, where I then get a message saying that the document can not be displayed! Not very useful.

Like the feature of having payslips delivered to your mobile, very handy.
