Now that I can back my database to Google Drive, I wouldn't use a different app!!

My dad has this app and is able to set a pin but I bought it and I am unable to set a pin so when I open the app it shows all my notes

Great app to keep your sensitive data away from other apps that copy your notes and contact info. Simple, does the job and just works for I need.

I think its a great app to keep your informations safe...and its very easy to use

Liked it a lot.. please provide option to create folders for different types of notes or to categorize notes. Also allow to store a picture or a voice recording as a note. Will give a 5 star if you can in-corporate the above suggestions..

This version is not backing up to google drive Earlier version was better than this Developer has to work on it

Love the app for keeping private notes. Odd thing today, the app disappeared from my phone, icon was greyed out and would not launch. I was able to reinstall from play store, and all my notes were retained. Just found it odd. Was this due to Google removing programs that are not up to Google standards and this was an accident on their part?

Upload backup to Google Drive always fails ("Try back later...") It has never worked in all the years and 'phones that I've had this app. It's high time that this was addressed. There are better apps out there but this one is so easy to use, so why change? Just fix the Google Drive issue for the fifth star. Pretty please? Edit: Any chance that the Google drive unavailable issue will be addressed? I can access Google drive from its own app and Safenotes Pro has the appropriate permissions checked. It's down to you guys...Down to three stars for ignoring the Google Drive issue for so long. MEH.

Still has backup db issues! Give us the option to save it to specific folder on our phone! Emailed db not recognized as db.

So I've been using this for a while now and its a great product. Well done this morning I wanted to add pics of my ID for safe keeping and I realize that it doesn't do that. 5 stars if you can add the ability to add images. Other apps do it but they're not as good overall. Thanks!

You finally fixed the Google Drive option. I feel you should never add an option that is not usable. I still do not understand how you retrieve a backup under Google Cloud but who cares now.

I like the app except for scrolling when the keyboard gets in the way. I have the pro but it doesn't seem any different than the free one.

Have used this app for a couple of years now and it's perfect for my usage. It's easy to use and the sign in feature adds a bit of the feeling of security.

Trying to scroll through a note is a pain. Keyboard jumps up and gets in the way. Also while scrolling, you can't just flick the note to scroll quickly.

Use to be able to set auto lock timer so it would close if left opened, where did it go?

I had this app, Safenote Pro for several years. It works perfectly without giving me any problem. The lay-out is very good! Well done developer!: PS: I never had any problem backing up my Safenote files to the SD card.

This app was Great in the beginning, HARD AS HELL to move to another phone (even if it is same brand and style), like a Bad Wife, you got all that time (Information) vested and you're debating whether to trade her in for one that will do what you say instead of just looking at you wise and otherwise! A STRAIGHT OUT NIGHTMARE!!! Now I use GOOGLE Keep and Password Protect my phone to keep my passwords safe!

When you have to RESET your phone or you get a NEW phone, ALL BACKUP INFO IS LOST NO MATTER WHAT YOU TRY!!!. EACH BACKUP IS NAMED THE SAME SO YOU CAN'T KNOW WHICH YOU HAD. THIS WAS EMAILED TO THE CREATORS AND EVEN THEY COULDN'T FIGURE HOW TO GET MY BACKUP BACK ONLINE. THIS TRULY SUCKS SINCE I KEPT SO MANY THINGS LIKE: ALL MY ROUTER INFO, EVERY ELECTRONICS I OWN SERIAL NUMBER, alarm password, internal emergency numbers of police and ER phone number.

I have had difficulty restoring data after backups and phone upgrade. Frustrating.

but please fix the backup/restore DB issue. It's difficult to restore the DB from an emailed back up. Also, on my Note 4 (LP. 5.1.1), it claims to have backed up the DB to the ext SD card, but when I look, nothing is there

I lost all my data on my phone and that's with the purchased pro version. You need to fix this!!!! This is NOT a good app if you want to store information and you switch phones. It will not back it up.

If you mean Google Drive, the file is not there...so wth is it? I set this option to backup on my Google account and there is no sign of it so where wtf is it? Had I not made a backup of an older copy I stuck on MS OneDrive, I wouldn't have $#it!. You've yet to answer questions on moving to a new phone.

Just updated and I don't see an option to backup to cloud. I hope this isn't just the lame email solution.

Prefer not to backup to Google cloud, trying to keep my notes away from Google. Want to backup to PC.
