La solución está compuesta por una aplicación para dispositivos móviles (Android y iOS) y una poderosa plataforma web, que la convierte en una completa solución para capturar datos en terreno y reportarlos en tiempo real. Los reportadores capturan la información en terreno de forma fácil y rápida a través de la aplicación para Smartphones, describiendo la clase de evento y lugar de este, al mismo tiempo es capturada la posición geoespacial desde donde se está realizando el reporte y automáticamente es asociado al evento, entregando información valiosa de la ubicación exacta para la gestión de acciones a realizar por parte del área competente.

Adicionalmente es posible incluir una imagen del evento a reportar para dimensionar de mejor forma las acciones a tomar para resolverlo de la mejor manera posible. Cada vez que un evento es reportado, se envía una notificación a su emisor y si existe alguna notificación personalizada que cumpla con los criterios, será notificado a personal adicional para tomar las acciones que amerite.
