This shows 4 of the 5 family members in the drop down, even though online, and when viewing my card they are present.

I find it very hard to navigate. I see the "Find a doc" tab, but nothing happens when I press it. I'm sure I'm doing something wrong, but I'm not savvy enough with this computer stuff to figure it out. I'm 55 and I need to be led by the hand thru this new technology.

Wish you didnt have to enter your member ID to see your ID card. if I had my ID card I wouldn't need to look it up via the app! They need to find a way to keep you logged in on your phone so that you don't have to memorize your ID.

Useless. Among other things, no place to change your password when temp one requested ....so you have to request temp each time....stupid.
