About E-HAIL DRIVER

E-HAIL DRIVER BY: ITAXI is the smartest way to increase ridership for registered & licensed taxi drivers. With the slide of a button you will be “On Duty” and ready to start receiving new hails. The app will then connect you to passengers within range, wherever you are, whenever you need one.
Once you accept a fare, an address will be provided with the passenger’s location, as well as their name and photo. On the other end the rider will be provided with your name, picture, the type of taxi you are driving, & plate number. The rider will also see the distance you are from them to ease the process of locating you. If needed, you can SMS or call the passenger.
When the ride is over simply tap “dropped off” and prepare for your next fare. At E-HAIL safety is our top priority – you must be a legal and licensed taxi driver with proper permits.

Are you kidding? Developers clearly do not understand how the business works. It's either mad busy, when passengers are fighting for my cab, or slow, when there are 5 empty cabs on every block. And by looking at your phone while driving you WILL get summonses.

I & my drivers love it & we live in a small town too but can the stand by/idle time be adjusted? My customers love having an e-hail service to hail a cab now and love bein able to see where i am and not have to play the taxi game. But because it is a smaller town, I'm not as busy & I seem to get kicked off.we're available 18 hours a day & so I would like the app to stay on that long also. At times customers search for us but i don't show cause I was auto signed off but yeah I & my drivers love it,

We love it here in Wyoming customer like it too. As a driver I wish there was a way in the settings to change the alert tone and make it a louder tone. Then also can you make it so that the iTaxi stays running in the background, it seems like it closes down on it's own. I'm currently using an app killing/manager to ignore it as it runs and keep it running and that works, but yeah I'll be happier when iTaxi does it all on it's own so then I wont miss any fares and yep that would then be 6 stars we love iTaxi
