Sono Francesca Accorsi, titolare dell'Officina del Benessere.

Appassionata di sport sin da bambina, sono cresciuta con l’amore per la montagna ed il rispetto per la natura.

Dopo 10 anni di pilates, mi sono avvicinata 5 anni fa, al mondo dello yoga, ed è nato un amore che non terminerà mai.

A gennaio 2017, dopo 17 anni di professione forense, ho deciso di lasciare tutto e dedicarmi a tempo pieno alla mia grande passione: insegnare yoga ed altre discipline olistiche, che si prendano cura del benessere delle persone a 360 gradi, corpo, mente, spirito.

Dal gennaio 2016 sono istruttrice di H.e.a.t. program - certificata livello advanced. Da gennaio 2017 istruttrice di flyboard, cui si è aggiunta, a giugno, bodyfly bamboo.

Ad agosto 2017 ho completato il mio percorso di formazione come insegnante di Hatha Yoga - presso il Centrolistico di Sesto San Giovanni - e sono quindi diplomata insegnante di hata yoga 200 ore, iscritta al registro Yoga Alliance e con diploma riconosciuto dal CONI. Passionate about sports as a child, I grew up with a love of the mountains and respect for nature.

After 10 years of pilates, I approached five years ago, the world of yoga, and was born of a love that will never end.

In January 2017, after 17 years in the legal profession, I decided to leave everything and dedicate myself full time to my passion: teaching yoga and other holistic disciplines, who take care of the welfare of the people at 360 degrees, body, mind, spirit .

Since January 2016 shall instructor H.e.a.t. program - certified advanced level. From January 2017 instructor Flyboard, which was added in June, bodyfly bamboo.

In August 2017 I completed my training course as a teacher of Hatha Yoga - at CentrOlistico Sesto San Giovanni - and then graduated teacher of hatha yoga 200 hours, registered with the Yoga Alliance registry and diploma recognized by CONI.
