Gorgeous app, a shame about the terrible battery use. Since installation, a less than 20 seconds usage of the app generates a 5% total battery use and uses the sensors.qcom API, which amounts to 25% battery use for the rest of the day. When not opening Solar for a day, the battery drain situation does not occur. Battery drain problem stops altogether upon uninstall. Google Nexus 4 Android 4.4.2

Hoping they resolve the current issues in Galaxy 7s. Future dates don't show up when you pull the screen down to see upcoming weather. Used to love it when I used an iPhone.

This is not iOS, a weather app without a widget is useless. I downloaded it to be notified if you get a widget, will not use it until then. 2 stars for the great design, 5 stars when a widget is available.

I am literally crying on the inside because this app is so beautiful but there's no way to display it on my home screen and/or lock screen.

I installed the app, opened the app, it got crashed. I wasn't even able to see the first screen. So how a user can provide actual review?

It's a fantastic app BUT are you ever going to do anything with this app, you asked for ideas and suggestions well over a year ago such as widgets live wallpapers etc you could do so much more with it!.This could be an amazing wallpaper/live wallpaper.

Update now crashes my app upon launching. (Moto G 2015 5.0.2)

This is a beautiful, simple app that doesn't hog resources. The only things I'd change would be to add humidity and wind speed/direction to make it perfect.

Finally Solar is now on Android!!!!! Much love team :) If you are not familiar with the app, then give it a try. Since i used it on my iphone 5 i was inseparable. THE BEST WEATHER APP. 5 stars eyes closed.

Turns out it's not about solar weather. I was slightly disappointed. Otherwise reasonably good app.

I ll give you 5 stars if you add widget options, more features and better background cuz its too simple.....but i appreciate it

For some reason, once I add a city, I can never remove it. I try to but the next time I open the app, it's there again. Annoying.

I love this app! The only real complaint would be that the 3 day forecast doesn't always show the weather

Beautiful app. One of the best designed weather apps out there. Would happily give it five stars if they made a widget. A widget that is just as beautiful and works just as well.

This app is the only thing I missed when I switched from an iPhone to my galaxys4. Glad to see I can start using it again

Nice looking app but you gotta open it to see the weather conditions, there is no widget. Having a fake email listed doesn't inspire confidence to download the app either!

...that's all that needs to be said of this app. But! I do have a gripe about it though - it's just too pretty to be a stand alone app! A widget would be great. But Please please please make this a lock screen app! Or make a lock screen app with this app in mind! Then I could enjoy it daily without doing a thing. Beauty needs to be seen always! :)

I would like to see both, noon this or that, it's a bit confusing sometimes.

The dynamics are great, the visuals is a 10/10 and it's really lightweight. Place pick works like a breeze. It's so beautiful that I want it to be somekind of a lockscreen or a live wallpaper. 5 Stars, Hollr Inc!

This is the response I get each and every time I try to open this app from either my Nexus 4 or Nexus 6.

Gorgeous app. Functional. Clean, minimalist aesthetics executed perfectly.

It's very pretty but it's not good. A simple table would be much better.

Solar Energy is and will be the future of life as we know it. This app is excellent in furthering the use and upgrade of solar energy.

Revising my review because load times on app start up appear to have gotten a little better, but has this app been abandoned? The last update was February 2014...

Amazing app but you need to put out a widget. The stock weather widget is killing me. Uninstalling until you release a widget.

Nice if it had rain on rainy days on screen

I love the design of this minimalist app, but I find clicking on it simply to find out the weather for a few seconds really doesn't do the app justice. A widget with these same aesthetics would really be fantastic.

I love the user interface. It's very elegant, unique and fun to use. The splash screen takes a few seconds to load, which is a big inconvenience when quickly checking weather. The app also randomly crashes when opened. This app could really succeed as a live wallpaper, not just a standalone app. Android is all about glanceable info! Unfortunately development on this app is dead--no updates in over 6 months...

Finally somebody(s) have cracked it. I ran this in conjunction with 3 others. Hands down this is by far the best and I've tried a few. Its accurate to within a degree of yhe temp and bang on eith the locations. My only (minor gripe) no widget. You get 6 stars for that. Tty it people, it wont disappoint you.
