ITP - Call, Chat and Manage

Claims no network connection and app will not open. Samsung Note 4, Android 6.01.

Receiving calling service is so good. If the app is background its running that's why i love it.

Awesome voip calling app

Great App. The quality is superb and the features are everything I expected in a professional phone/chat app. I love the fact that I can manage my account with the app and make any changes on the fly wherever I am. And it was so easy to use.

Worked great once now I get an error saying mobile number is on another account when I try to log in.

Great phone service. Had it for a few years now and love the features. The app is "ok". Wasn't able to log in with app until I uninstalled then reinstalled. Unable to access voicemail from the app, have to use the website when away from home (calling isn't working right either-takes me back to "enter the # your trying to reach). Fix the bugs please and add ability to listen to VM from the app.

Buggy wouldn't allow me to sign into my ITP account.

The app works better than 3 stars I granted, but... You can only call, you can't get calls. Also, if you want to change the beep (probably for chat) the app crashes. However, if you're an ITP customer, you can find the app useful if you want to call using wi-fi (from overseas to US and Canada). If you are not an ITP customer, way to expensive to pay $10/month and have only 300 minutes included.

Cool Nice app......I recommend it an amazing app. My friends told me about it and I downloaded it. It's pretty much like ITP but better. I couldn't download ITP so I get this and it is a really good app . It's a good way to talk to your friends. I recommend this.(like app of the day).

Invalid cell phone number = no business from me. Two thumbs down. I'll look for someone else.

Tried the AP couple years ago, was useless. Tried again today and it wont let me login. Keeps asking for valid phone number.

When trying to login, it keep on saying "Please enter a valid CellPhone number"? Tried these on 3 devices, one tablet and two smartphones. I use the same user name and password as on their portal. Don't understand where to enter the CellPhone number?

Almost daily, but no information on what changes.

On the web version, when entering blacklist one can block any number from an area code by entering just the area, in this app it won't let you. Also cannot see the list of incomming calls. Otherwise, like having controls from the cell!

I have been using ITP in my office for 6 years now. Their system works perfectly. Excellent customer service and they are constantly developing easier ways to manage my office phones. They are also less expensive then regular phone service. I highly recommend this company and their app.

You're not able to check your messages or check your call log about the only thing you can do is change your service. Oh you can subscribing and pay for hey chat service that you can get on multiple other programs for free

From both phone and tablet. Annoying login screen keeps popping up randomly often when I'm the middle of doing unrelated things.

Love the ability to use my smartphone to place VoIP calls. Ease of account management a plus.
