App works great while in use, but randomly activates and drains massive amounts of battery when not being used. I've had this app randomly decide to kill my battery when I hadn't launched it in over a week. Works great for viewing the devices I need to view, but otherwise has some major flaws.

I guess it's okay....when it works. I can literally sit for 10 minutes over cellular connection, and watch the bit rate go from 60, all the way down to zero. Then in 4 minutes, it'll start working again. 45 minutes later, it'll work no problem...then 10 minutes later, it does the above again. VERY unreliable. I'm pretty happy with the GW security camera system, but this app needs serious work.

Junk. Won't connect even when given the correct information. Generates a code and no idea what the code means. Sad considering this app is one given to be used.

Sucks 15-20% of battery when not in use. Not pulling data feed yet using power according to Android 6

I have a problem with this application. I wrote to developers for help but they didn't even respond.

This app is somehow screwing with all of my phone's notifications now. It also inhibits other applications from the Google play store from installing. When I "force stop" this app, my notifications will come through and I can install apps again. I have had this problem on TWO Samsung devices AND two completely different versions of Android (6.0 & 7.0)

If you have android go to settings, then battery, set it to mid mode,make sure this app is in the "always sleeping app"mode,that will save your battery life ????

Next to useless. Constantly disconnecting or won't connect. Doesn't close and drains battery. Has to be killed to close it, which often causes it to delete added devices which then have to be re-added. Absolute rubbish.

Alot bugs. Old version was better connection. Sucks when u wanna view your cameras for your home or company but CANT

Kills my battery. Needs an update to stop it from draining battery when not in use.

It's good when it works.

Will kill your battery life. Have to force stop it after every use to keep from waking up to a dead phone.

Only works to show live view. Playback of past video jumps ahead 1 hour each time you pause/resume.

After the March uodate, app don't install on Android 7 phone. Also, I cannot get the recorded files off my IPad onto a usb.

Host does not support (-23). Thats all this app is showing me. Impossible to add a device.

After last update, unable to add device...it been a month and no resolution. Extremely disappointed

Latest update has a battery draining issue. Every update us getting worse and worse.

Horrible app. Very hard to get an exact time on playback and always logs me out, and really kills my battery. I wish there was just a few simple changes and it would be way better and user friendly .unless it's your only option do not download.

After updated to the latest version, the app asks me to add new device each time I open the app. The original device is deleted everything I closed the app. Also, only 4 cameras can be viewed at the same time, it is not effective. Old version can view all cameras which is even better.

Garbage. Wont let me sign in and wont keep me signed in. Fails to reset password. Totally locked out of my NVR.

This version sucks i want ver2 back at least i could see all cameras and then could open the one i wanted this 4 at a time is worthless

New version is trashed do not upload. WTF it changed my saved cam connection settings. No my cam don't connect and I can't edit the login info

Why all the required permissions? Microphone, SMS, it's ridiculous and no one should allow that.

Since the last update, the device is always offline. Even if I'm the same network. Poor design of the app, and the system itself is not something special...

This application will only work on your phones and not on any PC, MAC or any Tablet. It's poorly designed and usually doesn't work. I would recommend to them to make is available to PC's and Tablets.

Works great at first, then says it can't connect. I have to clear the app cache and reconfigure to make it work again.. ugh. I really wish I could get the old version back. It was ugly, but at least it worked.

After last update it started eating battery
