JABONG ONLINE SHOPPING APP

Pathetic app ..it gives you wrong idea of discounted price even through Facebook, whereas in your final cart it give you higher price even higher than other app for the same product. Hence suggest all who reads it not to buy anything from this app. In my case Red Tape shoes discounted price shows as 1199.00 (3995.00 MRP) but in final cart it shows pricec as 2398.00

They sell damaged products guys pls don't waste ur time.on this site. The services are pathetic. I exchanged a sandal due to size issue n in return got a defective piece. They sell u highly disgusting n cheap products during sale which are in degraded condition. I wish I could give minus to this site. Burn in hell jabong.

Bad experience. I was an old and consistent customer of jabong. But from past month I am having bad experience with it. From showing an undelivered product as 'delivered' to not refunding for four of the already returned products. It feels so bad to see your money and trust go vain. I'll never suggest anyone to go for jabong. UPDATE: just got a call from jabong care, hope they will resolve it. Finally I received all the refund amount

How am I supposed to buy anything if the images won't load? It's been an issue for 6 months now. Also no coupon offers. Been buying on myntra because of this for pasr Several months. Please use mytra people they are much more efficient.

Worst app and the delivery time is just unacceptable. You will definitely shift to other online seller or offline store after checking their deliver time. The time taken for cancellation and the user interface and how it works is just terrible. For any online store customer service is important and jabong lack it. So one will hesitate to buy in jabong

It's awesome app for online shopping guys I love it. But one thing that disappointed me is it's returning payment time to account. Yes Jabong refund money too too too late as compared to other. ???? and one thing more customer service experience specially when we request for our return, is very bad. They neither come on expected date nor talking nicely ???? Do what you can do quickly. Otherwise u r ok

They are selling old damaged products at 80% discount to fool customers... bought a park avenue jacket in EOSS sale.. it started tearing in first day of use... cheap quality products are being sold under big brands name... and if you raise a complain like me they will not resolve the issue even after 8 days... wasted my money as i don't think they are in any mood to return this faulty product and refund my money... don't get fooled by such sales promotions... there is a reason they are giving heavy discounts on cheap quality old products.

i just choose the other colour and you deliver us other colour and main thing is that you cant make it return or exchange. thats totally loss of money. so its totally useless to shop on jabong. its like just i be like fool. i never told any one to buy from your site.

I bagged a adispree Shoe and was available. And when about to pay didn't allow paying, declined saying specially for sale. And immediately at 1 min at start of sale shoes were out of my bag and was out of stock. This happened at least twice or thrice.

It's now 6 days i still not get my order, n online payment is failed my money is deducted from my bank account. I hate this app now ????

Unbelievably slow shipping. 4 days and the product is still doing rounds between Bhiwandi and Mumbai. Not reliable at all. Jabong showed 20th as the delivery date and the courier shows 22nd.

Why Jabong app is crashing? It was good but since last couple of days I am facing crash issues or the app is not opening. It's showing a blank white screen. I reinstalled the app but same this is happening.plz help

I have order product but didn't receive till now and very bad feature is hidden price. Jabong is a fraud company. U people are a bunch of fraudsters . U have no ethical values. Now I want compensation and I know how I will get the same.u R deceiving customers by sending faulty products. U people have zero commitment towards customer.u people are committing one thing and doing another thing which is totally against will of customer.

Worst experience ever... bought a chinos but it was not of perfect size. ...and now i am struggling to exchange it but they didn't arranged pickup i have complained about it also but it seems they are not bothered and it's been 4 days now... Better to buy from Myntra or Amazon as their service is quick.. unlike jabong's

worst shopping app ever. amount gets deducted instantly from wallet, netbanking or card payment, but order never gets placed. says transaction failure. noticing this from 3 years. always a mistake to order using app. better to place order from computer.

Seriously recently i orderered many items including shoes 2 pairs both of them were defected seems like someone already used them. 1st time this happened with me. Really now there service is not that good. They are sending boxes which are damaged too. Products aren't in good conditions. I have to film them fo make sure i get my payment back

Hi Guys Plz Don't Waste time one this worth less Organization Jabong. Admin Team & customer care team both are irresponsible. Product Delivery is not at all on time and Damage part is they give me.after 2 complaint in Customer care they have no return call in Customer for apologies. Product return without any information by courier boy. In the wish list we have to delete one buy one atom. It is better if you have" SELECT ALL" option. also the" SELECT ALL" should be available in brand category also.you have to select one buy one in that section also. Only these two opton are not there. Also It takes lot of time to display images..

No Cash on delivery option available even after changing 3 pincodes for shipping. Friends too suggested to get off from this app as quality of products is not upto the mark.

The app's good. But the customer service cost me a t-shirt. One of the pickup guys picked my t-shirt and I never got my refund. Money's gone

Pathetic service. Don't list the product on your website when you don't have the availability of the product. Just waited for 3 days to see if the product is dispatched or not. You cancelled my order after 3 days after confirming the order. Shame on you.

Very very poor service. I ordered puma shoes on 23rd dec but still not delivered even after calling many time at jabong help line. Delivery date was 3-4th jan but they were dispatched on 7-8th jan and still not delivered or unable to track them. They take more than one month to dispatch and deliver a product. Now I'm in doubt about quality and genuineness of product.

Last month I was ordering a shoe and after giving all my account details I got a message saying that I have insufficient balance although I had sufficient amount so I cancelled the order but the money in my account got deducted . This is not a trusted company we should stop shopping from here.
