Postrado ante vuestros pies, oh grande y gloriosa Santa, vengo a presentarte mi fervorosa oración; acógela benignamente y obténme las gracias que me son necesarias.Tengo un corazón atribulado. Siento fuertes los golpes del dolor. La desventura me oprime. Recurro, pues, a vuestro auxilio. Ayúdame y mira mi oración.

Vos que sois tan poderosa junto a Dios aleja de mí la tristeza y la desolación, da paz a mi alma, protégeme de los peligros y líbrame de los castigos del Señor; bendice a mi casa, a mi familia, a tus fieles devotos y alcánzame la gracia que necesito (mencionar la gracia).
