The app uses your phone's proximity sensor to detect when the front of the phone is covered, and starts recording. Recording stops when you stop covering the phone's screen.
Videos are saved to your memory card and can be managed from within the app.
The proximity sensor is too sensitive; it starts to record when the device is 1 inch close to my chest.... why? While this app is the most functional app in the store compared to the rest, it lacks features. If the other apps were NOT so crappy to the point it's not usable, this app would be an instant 1 star.
Since Beme is obviously not available on Android I decided to see if there was any alternative available. This app fits my need perfectly. A direct and simple tool with no social aspect. I'd like to thank the developer for giving us an option on our platform.
Problem, the app starts to record once you open it without covering the proximity sensor.
Inspired by Beme and none of the social headaches
Not inspired by Beme, copied Beme
If you are want to record something sneaky this is it! :p
this is great except it takes a very long time to start and stop recording
Shoots at eye level only.
Rip off of beme
It's a 1 on 1 copy from the Beme app just wait till the Beme app will be for Android
Actually this isn't just a ripoff of the beme app. Just a way to conveniently take video. There is no sharing or social network attached to it. It's a quick and easy way to get footage for my vlogs.
