I cannot even log in to the app view a booking I've already made. Or have the option to view a boarding pass like they advertise on their website

Great app, only 2 things it's missing are individual pictures of the different rooms in the hotels and TripAdvisor ratings.

Quick and easy to use, sorted my holiday from inside my truck via the app.

Its mad expensive compared others app

Easy to use. Only downside is I can't add things like meals on the flight and get seats together. Otherwise brilliant!!!

Does not work on Galaxy S7

Not cheap better try ryanair

No problems using the app, just wish I could select more than 1 resort at a time.

Love this holiday app. Best one there is and ive looked at a lot. Booked my holiday on this and have no problem with it. Will be using again.

This app is ok but would be much better if I could manage my booking through it.

Really simple to use. Helps to be sure of where and when you want to visit beforehand and then this app really is so easy.

Ok but can't search for free child place holidays like on the website.

Good app but i always find a holiday here then call jet2 and book as the jet2 staff are really good

What I like is you can track a holiday daily wherever you are and wait for the best price

Booked my first Jet2 package holiday using this app. The process was easy to follow. The search facility is precise with all the info needed to enable you to make an informed choice. One criticism though - allocated seating costs you extra and that doesn't become apparent until you are part way through the booking process. Perhaps an explanation more prominent during the decision phase would be more appropriate, also, a link to the resorts average weather figures would be helpful in giving customers more choice. Overall the App can't be overly faulted. One of the best I've used.

App works OK. If you book a holiday you end up paying and extra £10 pp. on the website you pay what you see app adds £10 pp to holiday price when you check out don't understand why this is. My advice check your not paying that £10 pp or book on Jet2 website where you don't get the charge

Everything is great apart from this app appears to have amnesia. Pick a destination, pick dates and filter the hotel list. Change destination, all dates and filters are lost. A frustrating experience.

It bumps the price up when you click book now? Can't see explanation for this. Website doesn't do this. Adds 52 quid to every holiday I pick for family of 4. Also need to pay before finding out if we can sit together?

I've just booked my first holiday on jet2 using the app. Absolutely brilliant. I usually get in a state with these things. This was straightforward and easy to follow thank you. If the holidays as good guess who will be getting all my bookings in future.

Galaxy S7 would not open said there was an error. Deleted reloaded - same thing. Error downloading data. Will close. Try re-opening.

Fails at the first hurdle. My kids are 16 and will be on the return date however the setup won't let me register them as 16 (born Jan 2001)....useless can't get past the initial setup page

Downloaded and tried to open was instantly greeted with an error message... Clicked continue and the app closes, try to reopen and same thing? Deleted and reinstalled but still getting the same thing... App is unusable which is a shame as looks like could be great but due to not opening I'll never know. Using Moto x play running marshmallow.

App works a treat, just booked my first holiday with Jet2 and I must say how impressed I was from start to finish. The booking process was clear and simple with no hidden charges, other than the usual extras if required. The resort was first class, and luggage pick up from the hotel on the last day a revelation, in fact you don't see it again until you get home, leaving you hands free to travel back to the airport with no checking in to do, just go straight through to departures. Let's say Jet2 will be my first choice from now on, highly recommended

Only useful if you already know exactly where you want to go and exactly when you want to go. Not like a "find a good/cheap holiday for me anywhere" type app, so if that's what you're expecting, like I was, you'll be dissapointed.

really easy to use. search facility is way less clunky than others I've tried. plus I've used jet2 for the last 5 years and all my holidays have been amazeballs

Find this app very easy to use.easy to follow .great set out explains alot more about your holiday than it does in a broucher

looking for our first family holiday but can't decide coz there is so many good deals, but love looking through them all, so easy to use and I'm sure we will book something very soon when we have both decided where

I recently had this app on my samsung. However installed this app on my new phone and now I can't go into manage my booking at all. This is so frustrating. Please sort this or put the old app back on.

On advertising i seen ot says kids stay for free, when you try to book it charges for everyone, first avaliable dates to travel is from July?? Also the prices are very expensive compare to other apps. Just downloaded the app but deleting right now. Nothing good ab it!!

Would be better if when searching it went back to where you were in the list not back to the beginning.

Good app no problems with it so far

One price including all extras It's annoying when you think you've found a holiday at the right price only to then have to add your , transfers and luggage . This app gives you a price including all that !! Brilliant time saving app!!

Great app but when you come to make the payment the price had gone up. Seen on previous review you are looking into this you need to fix it .

Booking a holiday on my tablet with jet2 and saw this new app looked up the same holiday and it is £600 dearer.

Nice app but why not able to log into account?? Booked holiday with ease but now have to go on main site to to log in to account. Please add account login

Im not a very good flyer but i love jet2 yeah maybe i pay a bit more for my hols but if you feel comfortable and at ease why not ?

Can't book many destinations as they are grayed out. Such a disappointment.
