Sex, Scandal is a fusion costume drama consisted of seven episodes. Set in the era of the Chosun Dynasty when the husband's accusing of his wife's committing so-called women's seven sins was accepted as a legitimate reason of filing for divorce, each episode describes a couple's unique scandal. In each episode, the one of the women's seven sins, i.e. "obscenity, infertility, getting a serious illness, being undutiful to parents-in-law, theft, having a bad reputation, being jealous," are disclosed plainly in front of the court's coordinating committee. So much joy and pleasure of this series comes from the seven couples' peculiar inside stories and the final judgments that is made from the modern-day perspective.

Episode 1: Obscenity
Being disappointed by her indifferent husband, a wife falls in love with another man. Actually, her marriage was the one of convenience for her husband.
